Under renovations, above expectations

This affordable property provided several surprises. It was in the midst of renovations, and it felt as though someone had laid the carpet on the ground in front of my feet, and painted the hallways leading to the door of my room. It was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I could tell that the work was continuing elsewhere and knew that many of the rooms did not look like mine. Because of that, I had a very affordable weeks stay. Well done!

The room made me very sick. I took a nap and woke up with my face swollen, could barely breath with a horrible cough. I am VERY ALLERGIC to mold. I immediately left the room and asked for a refund. They told me I would have to ask for it through Expedia, even though I paid them directly. I rented a different hotel room and asked Expedia for a refund. A WEEK LATER, Expedia told me they couldn’t get in contact the hotel management so I couldn’t get a refund. So I got sick and paid double for one night because their rooms are moldy. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I didn't like the fact that there was fee outside of what I paid through Expedia, after paying and booking online I was still charge 50 dollars at the property. Which was highly unusual. I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour les photos, la borne de recharge et le petit déjeuné inclus. En arrivant, la borne de recharge n'était pas situé sur place, mais dans l'autre édifice de l'hôtel a une autre adresse. En entrant dans l'hôtel, l'odeur d'humidité était épouvantable. La propreté de la chambre laissait a désirer. Il y avait des taches sombres sur le matelas, la douche était sale. Le petit déjeuné était plus que de base et a la réception, on nous a dit d'aller à l'autre édifice. En arrivant, rien était prêt. Nous sommes donc parti.

Do not stay at this hotel.

Travelled for 14 hours and decided to stop for a quick sleep at the Wingate. Check in was easy but then the stay started. Room was wet. Room was filled with mold. Room was humid. Trash like beer boxes was in the closet along with a dumbell and swim shorts belonging to someone else. The title floor outside the elevator was a piece of carpet taped in place of a broken tile. Breakfast had English muffins and juice. No other options. I am 56 years old and it was the worst hotel stay I have ever had
