First I was overcharged and am having to work with Travelocity to get it straight - clerk couldn't do it even though I had printout from Travelocity, TV didn't work because someone took battery out of remote - I had to take it to front desk to get a battery, no spare toilet paper - only what was left on roll, phone didn't work, I had to fix latch on door that didn't work because of screws loose, door had to be pushed just right to get the deadbolt to work at all, elevator was filthy as well as luggage carts dirty with dog/cat hair on them. On a good note - staff was extremely friendly.

I was highly disappointed as no one ever mentioned that there would be demolition/renovations going on. I was awaken at 6am of loud dog barking in the room under me and at 8am again of the drilling directly outside of my room. The room itself had mold on the bathroom ceiling, the air vents filled with thick dust that air could not move through them. he soap dispensers in the shower were broken. Heavy spider webs in the corners over both doors along with spiders in the bed and on the walls.

Erica in reception was 5 stars .. excellent customer service .. my ocean front room with a view was spectacular views ..our room was clean. The access to the beach was awesome. A stone throw away . But the hotel itself was completely run down and literally under repair in the halls the whole entire time .. scaffolding and the whole 9 yards . Garbage all over the floors in the hall ways. Would I stay here again ? I’m unsure

This place looked good from afar but was falling apart, literally. While walking under one of the patches they were fixing my 1 year old got hit in the face with a huge chunk of cement. the rebar in the cement is falling out, the “repairs” they are doing i concrete decking are simply bandaids on bullet holes. Not being done correctly, we watched them cut out rebar, and instead of replacing in, they simply patched it. The one decking piece on the second floor is sagging a good 3 inches. And this will cause harm. This will hurt someone, mark my words. There was hair in the shower, sand all over the floor, someone’s food left in the microwave, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold that was painted over, the pull out couch was CRUNCHY, the. Blanket had black dog hair on it, the ceiling had a poorly patched massive crack, the tub faucet shakes, the shower head was not attached. Oh my i could go on and on. We were supposed to stay multiple days and left after just one night, no one asked why. No one cared.

Location was fine but condition of hotel was terrible. I felt unsafe staying there alone with my daughter. People were hanging out on the landings where you enter your rooms from the outside, drinking and smoking. If I hadn’t paid way too much money already, I would have left and drove home since we were only there for one night

Location is fantastic! Staff was friendly. However...posted sign for masks in the lobby and the desk staff does not even wear them. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned including linens. The ice/vending area reeked from garbage. No soap or shampoo in the room.would not recommend this hotel to anyone
