Horrible check in. Contact is only via text msg. Delayed or no response. Had a horrible time with parking permit. Parking form was not in room as stated and called and was told to go to the main office. Found the forms outside on a table with an old pen that didn’t write. Wasted too much time and frustration and my unit is not within easy walking distance to office so I returned later that night with completed parking permit form. Repeated calls to office were not answered. No return calls after that check in process. Our unit also had ants on kitchen and bathroom counters. I liked proximity to beach, but very unhappy with communication for help or questions.
