The property was beautiful, easy access to the beach across the street, nice amenities, and plentiful parking. The condo was nicely decorated, well furnished, surprisingly spacious for the square feet and the AC was amazing. Kihei a great location to use as a home base to explore the wonders of Maui. Perfect Location

My family of four loved our stay at Kamaole Sands. The property is beautiful, the pool wasn’t overcrowded during our spring break visit, and it was only an 8 min walk from door to sand to our favorite beach, Kam III. The rental is well stocked with towels (for beach and pool), beach supplies, plenty of extra linens, and everything we needed in the kitchen. There was a pack n play, if you have a baby (the listing didn’t mention it). The aC units do have their exhaust on the back patio, but we found we could turn them off to enjoy the patio before we needed them for bed. Would 100% stay at this family friendly complex again.

Perfect property

Our family of 4 spent Christmas at Kam Sands and it was our 5th time at the resort and first one in this unit. The unit was spotless and complete with everything you could possibly need. The view from the deck was wonderful both during sunrise and sunset. This building was set back from the busy Kihei road and made the traffic noise non existent, The location within Kihei is great for walking to restaurants, groceries or to the beach. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful property for your next visit to Maui. We won’t!

Immaculate property on one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui. The beach across the street has wonderful swimming and fantastic snorkeling. There's a good sized coral reef to the left side with turtles.

Clean condo

This condo was clean and comfortable. We had no issues while we were there. The AC worked well. Nothing broke. The only thing that may have been nice is if it had Netflix available but hey we were in Hawaii, there were plenty of other things to do! The kitchen had what we needed to cook a couple of times. It was nice having 2 bathrooms as we had 2 teenagers with us. This afternoon sun beats directly into this condo so I do suggest leaving the drapes closed when you leave for the afternoon.

This condo was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorating and conveniently located to beach! The checkin process was easy and the 24-hour desk was a huge help when our flight ran late. There were plenty of amenities to the Kamaole Sands resort. My only complaint was that with one pool, the chairs get packed. Arrive early. Would recommend for families!

Amazing location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well kept, and the location is amazing! We were a little surprised that the main bedroom was a loft in the living room, rather than a separate bedroom. This would have been nice to know as part of the listing, as it makes it a little awkward if some of the party wants to stay up while others go to bed. Overall it probably wouldn’t have changed our minds to stay here though. It really is a beautiful property!

Wonderful Trip to Maui

Solid location with vicinity to different beaches, food, shopping, etc. We explored the island during our stay, so the location was perfect for us. If looking to walk outside onto a resort style beach, need to look elsewhere. But this was literally across the street from a beach park, just a bit rocky. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for my family of 4.
