House was perfect for our family of five. Easy walk to the beach and located on a quiet street with the house backing up to one of the island’s golf courses. Check in was easy and host available for any questions that may come up. It was our first time on Kiawah Island, and we found it to be a really special place. We can’t wait to return.

Beautifully redone home, Very comfortable beds and linens, great floorplan, all needed amenities there and in great shape, home was IMMACULATE down to the screened porch looking like you could eat off the floor. Great location-easy walk to beach. Overall a 10 out of 10!

The neighborhood was peaceful. The house was well decorated and stocked with all the "home away from home" things we needed. It looks as cute as the pictures on the site. The house was close to Fresch Fields (4 minute drive) and a very nice 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved the pool table and watching golfers outside the back door. We loved the special welcome treat. I would highly recommend this rental.

Girls’ Trip

We stayed at Greenwald for our annual girls’ trip and had the best time! The views are beautiful and the amenities were awesome! We enjoyed playing pool, sitting out on the deck watching the golfers in the mornings. We also grilled a wonderful dinner on our first night. The customer service was top notch and very timely for any questions or communications we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this house and will be booking again in the near future!

Can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked. The communication from the owner was great. The house rules and check-out checklist were very clear. Everything was clean. The convenience to things we needed or places we wanted to eat was excellent. The view from the back porch was beautiful! I highly recommend and will book this property again someday.

We had a wonderful stay at this home, located near grocery stores, shopping, and the beach. Sipping coffee on the deck each morning, watching golfers navigate the 3rd hole of Cougar Point was a treat. The house is exceptional: a well-equipped kitchen with ample cookware, utensils, and a great coffee maker; comfortable bedrooms; updated bathrooms; generous closet space; and a relaxing living room. The outdoor grill worked flawlessly for barbecues. Kiawah Island feels like a lush, Hawaiian paradise. Ideal for golfers playing Kiawah’s courses, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Great home on Cougar Point

House was very clean and had everything we needed, even a few games and books. We loved bed having coffee on the big back deck and watching the golfers go by. Beds and showers were perfect! Check-in was easy and they texted to tell me the house was ready earlier than the 4:00 check-in time, which was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break 2025

Spent the week here with two of our adult children - one of whom was as on Med school spring break. All of the amenities are modern and well taken care of. Tucked away next to the Cougar Point golf course offered such a relaxing environment! Definitely would like to return again soon!

Wonderful Kiawah stay!

It was our first time in Kiawah and it won't be our last! The home is in excellent condition, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Communication with the property managers was always quick and detailed. We would come back here again in a heartbeat!!

Fabulous house in the perfect location

Family gathering for a memorial and vacation. This house was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 3 bath. Pool table, screened in porch. Close to the first gate so close to Freshfields and Night Heron Park. Had bicycles delivered. Hosts were great. We have already talked about coming back next year ❤️

We loved how close this house was to the start/finish line of the race, and that it was on the course. The house was as advertised, clean, and perfect for what we were there for. Communication with the property management group was great and we had no hiccups or issues with our stay.

Relaxing, fun, family vacation

Great location for a relaxing family vacation. The property managers were responsive and friendly and the house was perfect for our family…well equipped, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and our boys loved the pool table.
