Great Family Ski Trip

Had 5 of us plus 3 of my kids friends joined at the last minute. Was plenty of room for all to have a place to sleep! Lovely place, highly recommend.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Structure and Location were great. Home is a little dated with worn/dirty rugs, dirty dining seats, no Keurig coffee maker, and a really nasty/old outdoor grill. Also the kitchen utensils are really worn and very piece meal.None of these by themselves would stop me from renting the home again but they could all make your stay a little bit easier and nicer.Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a vacation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company was helpful, but the property itself was not terrific. All of the mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and there wasn’t any sound proofing between the first and second floor, so anyone not in primary bedroom was kept awake by anyone moving around.

Quiet Summer Getaway

This was a perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony had amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. The river was and shops were within walking distance along the paved paths. We were not allowed to grill due to HOA rules, so that was our only disappointment. We would book again!

Spacious very nice townhome great location

We were very pleased with this townhome it was more spacious than we thought so great for families and it was a great location. It was clean and had things well stocked. My only slight suggestion would to put a small table and a couple of chairs on the bottom floor patio. We would definitely book this again.

Wonderful Stay!

I plan weddings in the mountains and often want to bring my kiddos. I found this property that was kid friendly, had plenty of space and hosted myself, sitter, mother and kiddos perfectly! Communication was great and when I texted him that we're packed but stuck with a broke car in the garage he offered to help! Will be back!

Stay at Alders #39

Back on love seat in the living room was brokenLeft back foot of the washing machine missing so inserted board to stable it.Beds downstairs were acceptable, but not comfortable.Regardless, we will consider future stays in the Alders. We had stayed in the Alders #698 in December 2024 which was GREAT.

Plenty of space for everyone; peaceful and quiet; beautiful views. We enjoyed using the pool daily and sitting on the balcony at night with the gas fire pit going. Well stocked kitchen. Would stay here again!

We love coming to Keystone, and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. The views from the back balcony were so beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group. Our teenagers loved having their own floor with hangout space. They said the downstairs beds were fine for them. We especially loved having access to the pool and hot tub at the Dakota. We enjoyed it every evening after exploring during the day. The Alders is a quiet community, and we loved our stay here. The only thing we noticed was that the water pressure is a little low for showers. We certainly hated to head back home after a week in this rental.

Home has everything you would need. Although a hot tub on the property, like some of the other homes in the area have, would be a great addition. Everything went very smooth and efficient from check-in to check-out. Definitely recommend.

The neighborhood is far from the highway so it is very quiet which is necessary since you need to sleep with the windows open in the summer.We loved the downstairs patio. A great space that provides some shade in the afternoon.Having a garage and driveway was a nice perk!Hope to stay here again.

They didn’t seem to mind the 6 kids playing outside. The office staff is quick to respond with and maintainers issues. Well equipped kitchen with lots of room and a nice breakfast bar and all full-size appliances and a few small appliances. The living room has seating for 6 with comfortable sofa and loveseat that recline as well as a recliner. Nice thick towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of room throughout the duplex. Now for the areas needing improvement. Everyone complained about the mattresses in all three bedrooms being as hard a slab of granite. Beds in the two bed in the first level looked like something out of Army barracks. Toiletteries were substandard, micro bars of soap that were impossible to use, tiny shampoos and conditioners.

The master bath toilet & shower had drainage issues. The loveseat in the living room ha broken arm rest and the window screen in the lower lever bedroom was detached. Aside from those, it was good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful townhouse; however, be aware the mattresses downstairs in the 2 bedrooms and pull out couch bed are not comfortable. We had 7 people in our party and everyone complained about the beds. It is not the place to stay if your guests are teenagers or older. The master bedroom was the only decent mattress; however, the memory foam made it feel like we were sinking into the bed all night. The location was wonderful and views were wonderful, but we left the rental a day early due to the lack of sleep because of the mattresses.

Great off street parking and garage.Sadly,the Sofa bed and cot were broken. Supposed to sleep 10, but we were down to seven of those slots so had to pair some folks up. The air mattress they supplied was not so good. Its a big house that could use some more actual beds or even a couple bunks for kids.
