Relaxation at the Lake

We are so happy that we found this house. It was perfect for our family! The house and property are well maintained and beautiful. The owner made sure the house was stocked with everything you needed and very accessible to answer any questions quickly. We are sure to come back in the future and honestly we are going to miss the lake.

Lovely, quaint , cozy and spacious home with beautiful lake views.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely and quaint lake home— which was also quite spacious. We loved the beautiful views, the fire pit and floor plan.The host, Nicole, was extremely responsive, pleasant, professional, and helpful.Very good choice for a family, couples getaway, reunion, etc.

Family get away

We met our young adult children for the weekend. It was an incredible weekend. This house has it all!!! We sun bathed on the dock, kayaked, fished, had family meals at the dining table....played more games than I could imagine. Took a short outing to the Waldo flea market and lunch a PIG but the rest of the time was just hanging out.Do not hesitate to rent this property. The owner is awesome for communication.You will love this place.

Perfect Thanksgiving with family

Nicole’s place was perfect for the Thanksgiving week with family. It was clean, spacious, very well stocked, and located on a beautiful spot. My husband took out the kayak a few times. He tried fishing off of the dock a couple of times and we enjoyed coffee on the screened porch every morning with a peaceful view. The kitchen was so well stocked - cooked and served a full thanksgiving meal. Highly recommend!

Lake house fun!

Perfect Getaway but Close Enough…

My wife and I stayed here with our two small dogs. This property is close to perfect. Beautiful location, well maintained house, lake view, and close enough to “everything else” when needed, with accommodations for four legged friends! Amazing family getaway

Picture-perfect home and property that accommodated seven of us (5 adults/2 kids) perfectly. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped through the door. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Nicole was an excellent host as well. My only real critique is that it was difficult to get my wheelchair-bound stepdad down into the yard and to the lake due to the grass/soft sand. He had absolutely no trouble navigating the house, however, as it is truly handicap accessible inside. We were extremely grateful for that. If fortune allows, we will be back for another stay!

Fantastic house for a get away weekend (or week)

We loved the house. Very comfortable and lots of details most people don’t have. Nicole was a superb and very understanding host. We made a mistake with the checkout date and she accommodate our mistake immediately. We can't thank enough. We also loved the whole area to go riding our bikes. Keystone Heights its a beautiful town surrounded with woods and parks. We will repeat this trip

Best of both worlds

We spent the weekend along with another family at the lakeside property while we were in town for a Gator Homecoming game. While the property is outside of Gainesville, with a short drive you’re right where you need to be, and coming from the east side there’s little traffic. We throughly enjoyed waking up to the lake and enjoying how relaxing it is. The kids fished off the dock, and we made a fire in the pit at night for some s’mores as it had cooled off. We were 8 in total and the accommodations throughout the home were perfect for our needs, and the kitchen equipped with everything needed. Only tricky part was finding the driveway at night, we missed it each time, so stay alert. All in, when back in Gainesville, we’d gladly stay at the property again. Truly the best of both worlds: city amenities close by, and quiet country comforts.

Plenty of room!

This home was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and two children and everyone slept comfortably. The host was great with communication and made the process easy for checkin. The home has a beautiful view of the lake. We would recommend this property and stay here again.

Photos don’t do this beautiful home justice

This HOME has blown our mind from the moment we walked in the door. As a family, our very first night, we were sitting around writing this review of our stay so we can make sure our review properly conveys how much we’ve already loved our stay. Being greeting by soft music when we walked in truly set the tone. Everything is clean, like how we strive for our own house to be; everything is fully stocked from the top of the line bathroom supplies to the envious chefs kitchen. The amount of detail in this home is unparalleled to any other vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in & we’re blow away from all the extra little surprises, including essential oils in the bedrooms, a frozen pizza waiting for us in the freezer, personalized welcome notes, etc. Being in the rental business ourselves, this is a home we strive to provide for our own guests. We say all of this with slight hesitation, looks like we’ve found a true secret hidden gem & we’d like to make sure dates for our next stay are available. In all seriousness, we are so impressed & will absolutely be back.

Very Comfortable

We stayed for five nights. The house is beautiful and comfortable. It would have been great for children, but we don't have any living with us. Big Screen TV, Living Room, Kitchen, were large and well equipped. I would recommend this to anyone.
