A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Serene surroundings will help wash your worries away allowing you to fully appreciate peaceful island vibes. Sip your morning cup of coffee on the mansion's front porch as you watch people passing by. Order delivery at one of your island favorites and enjoy within one of lovely, newly renovated gathering spaces or under the outdoor shaded seating area. The mansion rooms provide beautiful common spaces for sitting, dining and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy. A community kitchen is located on the first level of the mansion which also includes a microwave and additional refrigerator space for your leftover goodies.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Find your sleeping arrangements on the 2nd level of the mansion overlooking the sparking pool below. A queen suite with a flat screen TV, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge and en suite private full bathroom with a shower add to the comfort of your island home. A table with 2 chairs sit just outside your room making outdoor living easy to achieve.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Sun lovers will cherish the breezy 2nd floor sundeck with vibrant landscape in the distance calling for a good book. Swim until your heart's content in the shimmering pool below and hop into town only a short distance away. Off street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.

Linoleum in bathroom with peeling paint needs repair! Ideally more parking should be available with removal of the handicap space which no one parked in for fear of being fined! If there was someone who needed it we could always accommodate by being sensitive to this.

Tiny, basic with need of repairs
Positives: Common areas were kept neat and orderly. Cold, fruited drinking water readily available. Fresh fruit basket for guests. In need of improvement: guest rooms are worn (mold in shower, paint peeling, bathroom mirror tarnished). Mattresses are in need of replacement. Air conditioners so loud when running that had to turn up volume of tv. Guests below us were able to turn our ceiling fan and light on and off with their remote. Obviously not ideal if your room lights come on/off while sleeping. Hot water inadequate. Twice we had to shower with cold water. Upon arrival, a sign is posted in guest rooms that if cleaning is requested, there is an extra charge and also to get a change of linens or towels and message must be sent the day prior. The Cohiba (room we rented) is SMALL. Possibly adequate for a night or two but very cramped for any longer stay. Road noise from Truman Ave is LOUD.

Awesome Stay!
Beautiful,unique, practical, super clean with everything one needs for a nice stay in Key West. Well kept pool, a place to make drinks, plenty of ice, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen that we used to make wraps, taco's, and sandwiches for our jaunts. Decent coffee too! We would stay here again without question.

The house was very nice, the check in process was super easy, the pool was clean, and the hosts were very accommodating. The house is a 20 minute walk to the most popular areas of the island. The room could use a bit of updating; everything was clean and comfortable, but the furnishings and paint were a bit worn and out of date.

Perfect Location & Stay
This place was less than a mile away from Duval Street and we walked there easily each day. The room was great. It is a small room, but we only slept there and it was good and comfy for that. The adults only rule is great!!! Pool was nice to cool down in after activities. Management responds quickly and can help with bike rentals and excursions. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect in every way
My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend for our anniversary. Check in couldnt be easier and the unit was perfect. Clean and just enough space for us. Bed was super comfortable and everything worked as it should. Met some great people and we all would usually end up retiring to the pool during the hottest part of the day. Perfectly located just enough off of Duval to keep things quite but not too far to walk to get in the mix. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend this place.
