Boat was inoperable so the required charters (paid outside of VRBO, but listed as a requirement to rent) didn’t happen. Host booked us on a 3.5 hour public snorkel trip (vs 4 hr private charter booked) at a price of less than half of what we paid and did not book us on a 2 hour sunset cruise at all.Property did not match listing: the boat was docked at a different marina so lacked many of the listed resort amenities, one of 3 bathrooms was locked - the other 2 bathrooms shared a shower even though a shower was listed with each bath; the boat slept only 8 (listed as 10) because it was lacking one of 2 pull out sofa beds; no TV in master cabin. Boat was out of repair - refrigerator and garbage disposal not working, AC remotes had no batteries; hatch in master cabin leaked on floor; no way to lock the boat so had to take valuables whenever we left.After communicating with us on the first day regarding the charters, the host ghosted us.There was no welcome book or instructions on how to operate anything, no check out procedures, no information on where to find listed amenities (pools, bars/restaurants, workout facilities).
