Situated in a nice residential area Pinecroft provides plenty of privacy. Outside you will find a long driveway with parking for 3+ cars. There is also an EV charging facility. There are mature gardens all around with large patio areas on different levels. There is a purpose built BBQ area and also a bike shelter with secure anchor points. There are a few water features including a lovely fish pond which is less than 3' deep and surrounded by shrubs. Views from the patio and the dining room are wonderful as you look west over Keswick to towards Grisedale Pike where the sun sets. The main large level patio area extends from the driveway up to and around the property, this is a major improvement with beautiful new slip resistant paving making the access step free (see photo's) and much easier for those with mobility concerns. There are plenty of seating areas to enjoy. The main garden / patio area gets afternoon and evening sunshine.
Reviews..... Please note that over the last 18 months PC was in the hands of a local letting agency but is now run, once again directly by the owner. Vrbo reviews are mainly prior to this time however guests can be assured that recent reviews on another letting site have all been highly complimentary, 4.9*.
Location. Pinecroft is on the eastern side of Keswick close to main road routes and 20 minute walk into the town centre which can be taken, mainly, on the old railway line footpath.
Transport... Conveniently and just about 100 meters away is a bus stop where you can catch a bus to take you into town or further west and, just abit further and around the corner there is another bus stop for those wanting a day trip to the South Lakes, Ambleside etc.
