Named one of the “Coolest A-Frames in NY” by the New York Post, this charming retreat blends rustic character with modern comforts. Set on two private acres, it offers stunning wooded views and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Step inside to an open-concept living space, where original wood-beamed ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a spacious forest-green sectional set the tone for relaxation. Cook in in the modern chef’s kitchen and dine in the open dining area, where A-frame windows frame the front yard views.

THE SPACE

2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths – Both upstairs bedrooms feature queen beds, local artwork, and modern furnishings. The guest bedroom includes a dedicated workspace, while the primary bedroom has a Roku TV. Yoga mats are provided in each closet.
