Awful experience. We had 2 nights booked for a tournament and the first night we didn’t get any sleep because the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet plane and there was no maintenance staff to fix it. Without the air on it was a muggy 80 degrees. No breakfast was left at 7am. The next day we were offered to switch rooms if we could do it before 11am, this was after we had already left at 8am to go to our tournament, so that was obviously not an option for us. They were ready to clean our room and just stick the next sucker in the same room without doing a thing about the air conditioning. They also offered a fan that was never delivered to our room. We asked for a refund on our second night so we could try and find another hotel to get some actual sleep. They are refusing the refund because we weren’t out of our room before 11am and “didn’t leave the keys behind”?! Awful service, sketchy motel in a terrible area. Didn’t feel safe and I would never stay here again. Definitely wasn’t cheap either! This place should be $80 a night and we paid triple that for no sleep. Do not book here.

Dirty and unkept.

The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing about our stay. She was very pleasant and friendly. One of the beds in our room had eyelashes, hair, and what appeared to be a public hair. Everything was dusty and unkept and it smelled very musty in the room. The carpets also had definitely not been vacuumed. Sadly our visit with family was during a big soccer event and a training for firefighters apparently so finding another room last minute was not an option. I would never stay in this hotel again. I’ve never stayed someone this dirty.

Kinda strange how the staff can say what ever deposit they want, hole in the floor, bloody booger on the wall , curtains were stained and really gross. Funky smell, hair on the sink counter, crumbs by the sink in the living quarters. Really noisy!!!
