Welcoming

The friendly staff was eager to get us settled in. The bed was so very comfortable after a long days travel. The towels were soft and large adding to the lux feel of the whole experience. A fresh reakfast bar was a key start to the day.

I know they are remodeling but materials etc all piled in the hallways. The carpet in our room needed vacuuming and there was no woodwork around the room and bits and pieces of white wallboard that will be covered when finished. The 2nd stay 10 days later was a great room.

Room had a broken heater. Neighbors both side were party all night and i couldnt sleep and then the heater quit working just like the last room i was in a week ago. Need to fix appliances this isnt good when temps are at freezing and also not ok with all night noise. Should be a cut off limit.. terrible terrible terrible.....

Everything was great, but it was a bit noisy

Hotel room and staff were lovely, but the rooms are adjoining and I could hear the young family who were up all night – they were quite loud, but the door between our rooms didn’t go all the way to the floor so there was little sound insulation. I wish I’d remembered my earplugs!
