Subject: Extremely Disappointing Stay and Security Concerns at Regency Inn Suites
Dear Regency Inn Suites Management,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed for four nights, during which I experienced multiple issues that were not only inconvenient but also entirely unacceptable.
Firstly, on two occasions, I was locked out of my room due to a non-functioning key card. The second incident occurred at 1:30 AM. Despite contacting the Baytown Police Department for assistance, no one was able to help me access my room. I was subsequently asked to sleep in my car until hotel management became available. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a severe lack of responsiveness and customer care.
Secondly, during my stay, my car was broken into while parked in your hotel’s parking lot. My tools were stolen, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss. When I asked for security footage, I was informed that only the owner has access to the surveillance system. This lack of immediate access to crucial security footage is highly concerning and suggests a serious lapse in the hotel’s security protocols.
These incidents collectively demonstrate a severe deficiency in both customer service and security at your establishment. I expect a prompt response addressing these issues and an explanation of the measures you will take to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I believe I am entitled to compensation
