Dreadful stay

Booked this hotel on grounds of good reviews but seriously the only good is the location. I stay here 8 nights, 1st suite I was given was dark with no window or natural light. Staff agreed to change my room and said come back in the morning. Next day I'm told no availability for a room change till the following day. Ok so once again next day same scenario, I go talk to the staff and they've given away the room that was intended for me, at this point I'm frustrated and want a refund for my remaining 6 days. I call the booking helpline but with no joy or help. Eventually I'm moved on the 4th day. Next suite has lots of natural light but that's all, this room is dirty coffee stained furniture and dirty floor. I have to use wet wipes to clean so as to not attract ants. The bed base is broken on 2 sides which makes it's uncomfortable to sleep on, bed sheets are bubbly and not pleasant. Screen door is broken and doesn't fully close so mosquitoes and bugs can get through. It's also very noisy, street sounds and motorbikes. I really don't understand why this side of the hotel is not maintained and left to rot while the other side is cleaned daily. My room was clean 1 time in those 4 days. I wouldn't stay here again or recommended it, there are plenty hotel in the same price band and area with much better service and rooms.

The morning staff was really friendly. In front of the oath that takes you to Kata Beach, 5 minutes walking. Next to a 7/11. The room we got was big but it had 2 really small windows so it felt a bit tight. No natural light. In the room it said that they had laundry but they didn't.

Central location

Nice location close to beach but a bit of walk. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room is nicely decorated and good shower. Only downsides are no lyft and spotty WiFi. Overall a nice stay for a few nights. Try the massage place nextdoor for excellent massages.

Enjoyable stay

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights. Great room and staff were wonderful, free snorkelling/ beach gear available to take to the beautiful beach that is less than a 10 min walk! Clean although had a damp smell at times, spacious room with great shower. Only thing we found was that the bed was slightly hard and there were no windows - making it difficult to tell what time of day it was when waking up! But overall good stay, a little out from the main center of Kata Beach but not a problem at all as long as everything is within walking distance.

Mi spiace nn amo recensire negativamente ma qui tolta la posizione che è davvero ottima il resto da dimenticare pulizia scarsa letto mai fatto lenzuola cambiavano solo se toglievamo noi siamo stati 20 giorni, poi hanno anche avuto una rottura, due giorni senza acqua nel bagno nn hanno saputo gestire l'emergenza peccato nn pretendevo una reggia ma almeno la pulizia

Hotel echt super!!!!

Das Hotel ist einwandfrei. Sehr sauber; Personal sehr freundlich; alles neuwertig; gute Einrichtung und perfekt gelegen. Ich war jedoch mit dem Ort an sich nicht zufrieden. Einfach zu viele Menschen am Strand etc. Die einzige negative Erfahrung die ich hier gemacht habe, ist der lärm auf der Straße. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße raus und vor dem Hotel ist ein Tuk Tuk stand. Krach bis 2 Uhr nachts garantiert. Zudem vorbei fahrende laute Fahrzeuge. Ich würde dennoch jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel schlafen. Es ist zu empfehlen. Fragwürdig jedoch ob ich zurück an diesem Ort gehen würde

Отель расположен очень удачно, между двума пляжами Като и Карон. Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Каждый день уборка и замена полотенец. На рецепшенего, при надобности можно бесплатно взять пляжные полотенца, зонтики итд. До пляжа Ката идти минут 10, до Карон 20 мин. Отель расположен рядом с рынком, где можно покушать и купить фрукты. Также рядом с отелем много других магазинов и пищевых точек. Отель понравился, рекомендую!

new hotel....hospitality is perfect...in reseption free cofee tea....free beach tovell..free snorkling materials...very clean room...close to everwhere...stuff is perfect...educated....everyday free bottle of water....they give free special choclate even at reception...l had more than l hope... next time if l come to kata beach l dont even tbink about other hotel.l had been in phuket 4 times...much much better than other hotel.l reccommend to everybody. the only thing is l was suprised is the lights.it should be yellow color...not white
