Dock Holiday is located less than 1/2 mile from beautiful Caddo Lake. Dock Holiday has 2 Full size beds, 1 bathroom with a shower & bath tub. This room also has a dorm size refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker (2 coffee cups/ 2 maxwell house coffee packets, creamer & sugar). All bed linens & bath towels/wash cloths (one small bar of soap) are provided. NO SMOKING of ANY KIND in the room!!! ( There is a $100.00 room recovery fee to cover the cost of restoring room to a smoke-free condition) There is a boat launch less than 1/2 mile from this location. We have a covered grilling patio area with a picnic table (bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid & grilling utensils). Caddo lake is a 25,400-acre lake, great fun and family time that would make you want to stay longer. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole & camera.
UPON ARRIVAL, THE ROOM WILL BE UNLOCKED AND THE KEY WILL BE ON THE TABLE. THERE IS NO OFFICE LOCATED ON PREMISES.

Overall, I had a good stay. Other than a few things needing a good dusting, the place was clean and inviting. Needs a hair dryer. Really appreciate the coffee. A warning for others that the walls are then. Perfectly adequate for 2 nights and 2 early mornings of photography.
