Rezervasyonu otels.com üzerinden üç dört gün önceden yaptım, ödemesini tamamladım, onay aldım. Otel aradı, ekstra bin lira istedi; gece yarısı vardığımızda kapıda, bitap halde tekrar sordular – hakları yoktu, yine de ödedik ama telafi bile edilmedi. Oda temiz değil, tuvalet kıllı; restoranda iki kişi, otuz beşlik rakı üç bin iki yüz lira, akşam yemeği sekiz bin beş yüz lira – fahiş. Konum ve ambiyans iyi, yemek emekli, lakin hizmet anlayışı profesyonel değil. Potansiyel var, ama memnuniyet düşük.
Ortam güzel ancak bizim için çok iyi bir terübe olmadı malesef. Özellikle de gece yarısı 6-7 saatlik bir araba yolculuğundan sonra otele varmışken ekstra 1000 tl nin daha soluklanırken talep edilmesi butik otel anlayışına oldukça aykırı ve itici.
