Schöner Urlaub …

Wir haben in der Marina Loge eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Küche bietet alles für die Selbstversorgung. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen vorzügliches Italienisches Restaurant. Last but not least gibt es vor Ort die sehr nette Familie Eßer, die bei Eventualitäten ansprechbar ist.Die Landschaft rund um das Olpenitz Ressort ist einmalig. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Viel erwartet und reichlich enttäuscht.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, dass Haus sieht von außen sehr gut aus. Leider wurden wir wie folgt begrüßt: -es roch nach Hund -überall waren Hundehaare zu finden -Bettwäsche musste nach geliefert werden, obwohl sie bereits bezahlt wurde. -die Hygiene im Bad war eine glatte Katastrophe. -der Whirlpool ist aus hygienischer Sicht nicht nutzbar. Bei Inbetriebnahme kommen schwarze Flocken aus den Düsen. -die silikonfugen haben Schimmel -der Badewannenrand hat auch Schimmel -im gesamten Bad riecht es muffig, könnte an dem Wasser unter dem Whirlpool liegen. -im ganzen Haus sind Flecken/Macken an den Wänden. -der Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer fällt gefühlt auseinander -das Gute war, hätte man beim Packen etwas zu Hause vergessen, dann liegen zum Glück unter dem Bett genug Ersatzteile (Socken, Unterwäsche und Staub zum mitnehmen) -der Kamin war nicht nutzbar, da keine Brennflüssigkeit vorhanden war (wir waren im Dezember dort) -usw.... Zusammengefasst ist das Objekt nach so kurzer Zeit bereits sehr stark abgewohnt und lädt leider nicht sehr zum Wohlfühlen ein. Zusätzlich ist der Hygienische Zustand insbesondere vom Bad unzumutbar. Hier trifft leider sehr der Spruch:"Außen hui, innen pfui!" Ich hoffe für künftige Gäste, dass das Objekt eine professionelle Grundreinigung erhält und die verschimmelten und schwarzen Whirlpoolschläuche ersetzt werden. Vielen Dank.

Großartiger Blick auf das Wasser

Wir haben zusammen mit unserem Hund den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist -wie auf den Fotos- sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unschlagbar der Sonnenuntergang. Werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Für Hundebesitzer ist die ebenerdige Lage perfekt und dank des aufbaubaren Zaunes braucht man sich um die „Flucht“ seines Vierbeiners keine Sorgen machen. Die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terasse aus, über dem Hafenbecken, sind traumhaft.

Empfehlenswert!

Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Die Wohnung hat Haus-Charakter und ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Einziges Manko ist die fehlende Infrastruktur am Ort. Wir kommen gern wieder!
