How to Return Towels:

Towel Return: When you finish your workout, please return the used towels to the designated basket located at the Front Desk. If towels are not returned by the end of the day a charge of $10 per hand towel and $20 per bath towel will be placed on the credit card on file for the unit.

Wonderful family vacation
Very nice unit. A little tight for a family of 6 but would definitely stay here again. Great pools, beach, walk to restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in.

I cancelled Disney Aulani just in time to book this for my family. Plenty of space, not one bad night of sleep, immaculately clean, easy check in and check out. It has shops just down the street if you need anything g for your stay. It has a full gym, less than a few minutes to the beach from the room, perfect place for family. My wife and kids loved it. Thank you so much!

Great property and manager, terrible bldg management
The location and grounds were amazing. The unit was nice but the couch/living seating set up was not for lounging or getting comfortable, so keep that in mind depending on how long you plan to stay (we were there for two weeks). The lagoon the property is on was my favorite of all of them because there were hardly any people - the other lagoons were crowded. We did not have AC for the first 5 days due to a technical issue. Starts Int’l was on it to get it rectified but the building maintenance struggled with getting it fixed in a timely manner. I think the AC also has a hard time keeping up with the size of units so plan to keep your blinds closed. My family, with a 4 month old, was stuck in an elevator for almost an hour with no cell service! Again, lack of maintenance by the building but the property management company was really awesome to work with

Loved it again second time around
It was our second stay at this unit, last time about 4 years ago before the pandemic. It was just as good. The unit is still in good condition with the only caveat that you can’t lean against the railings as the structural engineers are working on fortifying all the units balconies. Used the kitchen and washer and dryer regularly. Didn’t get a chance to grill at the community barbecues this time but saw a lot of families doing so. Kids loved feeding the koi’s twice daily. We can’t wait to come back.
