Perched on the grounds of what was once a working pineapple plantation, the Kapalua Resort is now home to award-winning beaches, restaurants, spas, PGA golf, miles of sparkling coastline, plus so much more. As a "low impact resort," Kapalua allows you to savor all the luxuries it offers but without the large crowds, ensuring an exclusive and intimate vacation.

Open the sliding glass doors and allow the soft trade winds to flow through the villa, enhancing the overall sense of relaxation. The living room features an intimate seating area, coffee tables, a queen size pull-out sofa with a comfortable foam mattress, Samsung HD TV, Sonos speakers for music streaming, split AC system and a ceiling fan.







The dining area adjacent to the seating space comfortably accommodates six guests. This space is enhanced by an exquisite bamboo sea urchin light fixture that hangs gracefully above the stylish dining table, casting a warm and inviting glow. Enjoy a meal in paradise with the people you love most while savoring breathtaking ocean vistas. And when it's time to toast to special occasions, a nearby bar awaits, featuring a wine refrigerator and elegant Sophienwald and Riedel O glassware.







The living room seamlessly flows directly outdoors to the large, covered lanai. Looking seaward, guests are treated to sweeping ocean views of the neighboring island of Moloka’i all the way up the Kapalua coastline to the iconic surf spot, Honolua Bay. During the winter months of whale watching season, guests have some of the best seats in the house to witness the humpback whales as they splash about in the sparkling waters just beyond. This beautiful outdoor living space offers seating for four and is the perfect location to enjoy a cup of Kona coffee for morning sunrises, or tropical cocktails and “pupus” in the evening hours.







The remodeled chef’s kitchen sits adjacent to the living room and comes equipped with the highest quality appliances and finishes, extensive counter space and a cozy breakfast bar with seating for two. Every detail has been carefully considered to enhance your culinary endeavors. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove, oven, Bosh freezer/refrigerator and dishwasher, microwave, a sink with disposal, All Clad cookware, and of course –ocean views! The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare and serve the finest of meals. A remodeled full bathroom located on the first floor features a shower with custom etched glass, a vanity with a sink, tile flooring and granite counter tops. This is a wonderful addition for guests, as it provides ample space to get ready for the day’s activities.

As you are embraced by wrap-around windows, bask in the awe-inspiring vistas of Moloka’i right from the comfort of your own bed. This serene sanctuary features plush carpeting, a California King bed with a new Sealy mattress, a spacious dresser with drawers, a flat-screen TV, the added luxury of split air conditioning and a private lanai. Enhancing the peaceful ambiance, a hallway door allows for complete seclusion, providing an extra layer of privacy to ensure a restful retreat.







A private lanai is attached to the master bedroom and boasts breathtaking views of the island of Moloka’i and the Kapalua coastline. This intimate space is complete with seating for two and provides a magical setting to enjoy the early morning hours as Maui comes to life.







The fully remodeled master bathroom attached to the master bedroom encompasses all the elements required for you to melt into your dream vacation. Relax in luxurious amenities, such as twin vanities boasting custom granite countertops, tiled flooring, and an expansive walk-in shower designed for two, complete with multiple shower heads. Guests will appreciate the convenience of a high-end washer and dryer, along with a closet that provides ample storage space.

The Ridge features two beautiful, heated swimming pools. Both pool areas feature gas grills, lounge chairs, a location for eating, with tables and chairs, a shower, a soda machine and restrooms. Pool “One” has an additional full kitchen and large covered gathering area, making this a perfect space for dining throughout the day, rain or shine.

One of these is that Kapalua® Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise.



  



The Kapalua® Resort features three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. One of these beaches, Kapalua Bay, has won numerous awards for excellence, including "Best Beach in the World" by Dr. Beach, and “Best Beach in the US,” by Conde Nast. This bay is situated so that it is protected from heavy seas and wind. Its waters are calm and inviting; thus, it may be no surprise that Kapalua Bay offers some of the best snorkeling to be found on the island.
