I made a reservation for two king beds. Then called to verify two king beds-confirmed. Flew all day, got there, and one king bed, one small queen. Oddly, the queen had king sheets on it! Might have been a king bed in that room at one time? Called property manager who confirmed two king beds and sent someone over to "measure" the bed. The person got there and took one look and said that is not even close to a king. Property manager tried to move us but nothing was even close to what we rented from a quality location standpoint. A/C went out on top floor during our stay. They sent someone to fix the next day, and heard all about "this wasn't the first time" from the repairman. Something about the remodel prohibited him from getting to the part of the A/C unit that needed servicing. I was offered a 4.5% discount for me not making any negative or disparaging comments about our ordeal. It was a total misrepresentation of the accommodations. Even though this unit was beautifully remodeled recently, it did not make up for the misrepresentation. Please be aware if you are thinking of renting this unit, do so with the understanding it is not as represented online. Hopefully, the management will change the listing so nobody else is disappointed when they arrive.
