A pocos pasos del agua, Aloha Cottages es el alojamiento por excelencia frente al océano: muebles cómodos, pisos de madera de tablones anchos, cálidas brisas de aire salado y vistas al océano para calmar el alma. El porche de Sunrise Cottage es un lugar favorito para observar los cambios de humor del océano (y las ballenas durante los meses de invierno). Una mezcla de Cape Cod de la costa este y estilos de plantaciones hawaianas, nuestras cabañas vintage son espaciosas y luminosas con muebles simples, todo lo que necesitará para una escapada relajante y rejuvenecedora en Kauai.

Dos de las tres habitaciones tienen camas grandes y la misma vista al mar inolvidable. El tercer dormitorio, amueblada con dos camas individuales (King opcional a petición), es un oasis de tranquilidad. Sunrise Cottage tiene capacidad para hasta seis personas cómodamente.

La Moonrise Guest Cottage, recientemente remodelada, tiene el encanto de una cama con dosel de bambú y vistas al mar de Peek-a-boo. La cocina bellamente remodelada de la casa principal ofrece cocineros gourmet y microondas una espectacular vista al mar. La encimera de acero inoxidable, piso de tablero de ajedrez, y los gabinetes glassfront son una reminiscencia de la decoración rural de la vendimia. Los equipos actualizados y península de granito hacen que el sueño de un cocinero.

Ambas cabañas están equipadas con Wi-Fi, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, todas las sábanas, incluyendo toallas de playa, ventiladores de techo, almohadas de cama abajo y faux-down.

LA RUTA: Una emocionante nueva característica es el pie y en bicicleta Ruta Mar que bordea el océano, justo más allá de la propiedad. Los visitantes disfrutan de la ruta para explorar la costa, más allá de Kapaa Ciudad, playas e increíbles vistas del océano. LA PLAYA: Justo en frente de la cabaña, a menos de 30 pasos del césped delantero, se encuentra la arena suave y las cálidas aguas de 'Baby Beach', una de las playas de natación más seguras de la isla para niños pequeños. Aquí podrá disfrutar de kayak (encontrará un kayak doble en la casa de campo), snorkeling, buceo o incluso para la langosta en temporada. Hawaii Paradise

The Oceanfront Hawaiian-Style Cottage was a perfect fit for our family--it was an excellent setting, very comfortable and well provisioned with dishes, beach equipment, towels, bedding, etc. --everything we needed to enjoy a Hawaiian Paradise. The welcoming book was excellent--easy to read and very helpful with its breadth of topics and instructions. The view of the sunrise was extremely beautiful and very energizing every morning. The front porch and the openness of the home with the breeze flowing through from the open front door to the open back door was very refreshing. The location was very convenient for our travel to local beaches, our Blue Hawaiian Helicopter ride, our tubing adventure, to local farmers markets, shops and restaurants (food trucks), and to both the North Shore and South Shore attractions. Thank you for making your home available for us.

The people in charge of maintaining the property did an excellent job fixing a couple of small issues.The location and view are fabulous. Beautiful Hawaiian Cottage

We had a wonderful time in Kauai and the best part was staying at this beautiful vintage Hawaiian cottage waking up to the sunrise was so magical, peaceful and beautiful. We will miss the serenity.

Lovely Kauai

Sunrise cottage has it all! Aside from the beautiful views and the great accommodation, its location is awesome for visiting west, south and north shores. We used the walking path daily and it was so convenient to visit eateries and sights in Kapaa. But the best part is the people and how responsive the host and property manager are when we have an issue. Thank-you for making our stay an unforgettable one. Mahola :)

Nice family stay

The house is super cute and in a nice location. Floors and kitchen were a little dirtier than we expected. Loved sitting out on the lanai and front yard watching the sunrise and the bikers/walkers go by.

We loved our stay here. It was our first trip to Kawai and we found this location to be very convenient. Plenty of options to eat and shop nearby. We loved the cottage!! The host and house manager were very prompt to answer all our questions and provide assistance as needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Cottage on Kauai

Both my husband and I enjoyed the cottage. It was comfortable, well-stocked with things like knives, dishes, spices…everything one needs, even plastic glasses for the beach. The pedestrian/bike walkway to the left of the house goes for nearly 4 miles…maybe more. It’s easier to walk to the town of Kapa’a via this walk than to drive and find a parking spot. It’s no more than 1/4-1/2 mile to the Olympic Cafe and shops. We had a lot of rainy weather so both times we went to Hanalei, it was raining and both times we got alerts on our phones warning of severe weather and that the bridge may be closed without notice. We didn’t miss not having AC in the house. It is well ventilated with the louvered windows throughout. The house is just as cute as the photos.

Amazing host and amazing house

We can’t say enough about this. Wonderful home. Great location, great hosts. Perfect for the children to run around on the lawn. Perfect for the family to go fishing across the street or the children to go to the beach across the street. There are so many words that escape me to describe our time there.

If this house came up on your search, you are very, very lucky, indeed!

We rented this house for a week and were totally blown away with its location and charm. The pictures do not lie. I rent a home every year for my son, daughter in law and two grandchildren. This is the first time we all said we'd like to do the same thing next year. We felt as though we landed in paradise, and not just because of the beautiful island of Kauai, but this amazing home as well. They seem to book up pretty quickly, as our first choice for next year was already booked. We are determined to make it work so we're back to the drawing board to find new dates. The homeowners have immense pride of ownership in their property and it shows.

These sweet cottages were perfect for our family of 8 adults. The home is well supplied with kitchen items, and all the beach items available make it easy to show up and relax. There are plenty of places around the cottage to gather and enjoy the breeze of the ocean across the street. Close enough to stores and restaurants to walk. We would definitely come back. Susan is easy to work with and is a lovely person.

Adorable Cottage that is Perfect Beach House

This house is absolutely adorable! We never caught the little road separating the house from the ocean in the pics but it’s one way traffic and has one lane for pedestrian and bike traffic so really wasn’t a busy road. It’s a short walk north to Baby Beach to enter the water since the only way to get in from the house would be to climb down a wall and onto lava rocks (not advised). The house is fully stocked with everything you need utensil, cup, and plate wise with a really lovely wooden china cabinet. There is no AC so make sure you keep the timer on the fans reset to stay cool and open all the windows. Never got hot at night so this method works. The guest rooms have standing fans too which help since they don’t get as much cool breeze as the master. Chickens will try to come in the open front doors but easy to get out. They also have all the beach gear you need, and the umbrellas were really life savers for our trip. There were three of us and we fit nicely. Wouldn’t recommend more than 3 adults or will be cramped as not a lot of storage in the guest bedrooms. If you have more adults I’d highly recommend renting the Moonrise cottage. Just a note if you don’t rent the Moon cottage as well then the wonderful hosts do stay there. The only complaint we can muster up is the difficulty locking the doors. Even following the steps it is still a challenge but eventually always worked out after messing with it for a while. The house and grounds are super nice and definitely what beach house dreams are made of. Being centrally located on the eastern shore meant equal distance trips to the north and south shores. Kapa’a is a super cute town with a great fruit stand and lots of shops that we enjoyed. In the end the hosts are incredibly responsive, super nice and welcoming, and just lovely people.

Great rental

Had a blast exploring Kauai with our 3 adult children and their partners. The house (for the kids) and cottage (for my husband and self) we’re perfect. Both were equipped with everything needed for our stay and the view from the porch was fantastic. The property manager stopped by to welcome us with some beautiful flowers from her garden. I would highly recommend this rental and we all hope to return soon!

Kapaa paradise

This was our first time staying in Kapaa. But from now on we ONLY want to stay In Kapaa!! The house is absolutely perfectly situated, and the view…….unbeatable. The home was perfect for those of us that stayed there. It’s very roomy, open, airy,; and it was great for cooking, barbecuing and having our very, very large family over for meals. The 8 mile walk/biking path right in front is fantastic. Made getting our daily exercise in easy and a pleasure. I could go on and on, and on. Everyone that spent time with us also loved it. We are all looking at our calendars so we could book the next trip!!!! Hats off to the owner and manager of this AMAZING home.

This stay was beyond our expectations!! From the ocean breeze all through the house with the storm shutters open, to looking for geckos like they were Easter eggs. The ocean view was enjoyed by all throughout many different parts of the day. Our hosts were spectacular!

We loved Sunrise Cottage!

Our family of 5 had our first trip to Hawaii and we stayed for 11 days in Sunrise cottage while we explored the island of Kauai. It was the perfect place to stay. The house itself is beautiful and clean and the owner Susan is a wonderful host. The house was centrally located on the East side of the island in Kapaa- so driving anywhere on the island was very easy and didn’t take up your whole day. Also, the sunrises every morning are out of this world! We also had whale sightings almost daily and even got to see a monk seal that came up on baby beach. One last thing that made this place really wonderful for our family and kids is all the stuff they have available for you to pack and take to the beach- boogie boards (our favorite), snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels. We went to the beach, hiking, or on an adventure every day and used something. Just something to think about when considering options to stay- this house has it all! Book it now- you will be so happy you did! Best trip ever!
