Lovely place. Wish we stayed longer. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect with stores across the street. Great local recommendations from the host and good clear instructions upon checkin and check out. The beach, pool and gym were all excellent as well.

All in all, probably our best VRBO rental ever. Gemma provided a wealth of information prior to our trip which helped our travel planning greatly. The unit itself is very well apportioned, with good quality furnishings and appointments throughout. From the bedding to the kitchenware, all was top notch and in great condition. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo and resort! Not only is it immaculate, it has all of the amenities anyone could possibly want. We appreciated how conveniently located the condo is to all parts of the island and would definitely choose to stay here again! Gemma and Mike are terrific hosts with great communication and their place is well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. You can’t go wrong picking their place for your visit to Kauai. I highly recommend it!

Gemma and the entire team at the resort—including Mr. Kevin, the General Manager—ensured our stay was nothing short of five-star plus! This resort/private residence is hands down the best on the island. Absolutely stunning coastal frontage, top-tier amenities, and a phenomenal swimming pool. I mean seriously—who says they have trouble swimming from one end of the pool to the other? This thing is massive!We had an incredible time. There was truly something for everyone. And talk about location, location, location! Being on the east side, we were right in the heart of everything—which turned out to be a huge blessing for us.Thank you so much for the extra thought and care with the chairs and umbrella—they came in very handy, especially for our needs with accessibility. We are so grateful for everything. The property, the service, and the experience were all amazing.Thank you, Gemma and team!

Kauai in Style

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful top floor condo the last week of April, and could not have been more pleased. There was no problem with parking our rental car due to the abundance of parking and no schlepping the bags up stairs since there is an elevator. The condo is wonderful, providing everything you could need instead of the bare essentials as we have encountered in some past rentals. If this place doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. From the fully stocked kitchen featuring high quality appliances to the nice living area furniture and the super comfy bed, this home really has it all. Did I mention the large soaking tub that's perfect after a day of swimming, hiking or whatever adventures you may have had? The location is perfect. Short drive to the airport and convenient to all Kauai has to offer. The immediate neighborhood has stores, restaurants and gear rental companies. I could probably go on until I had written a short book,but you get the idea. If you're looking for top notch digs for your Kauai vacation, the search ends here.

Great family trip

We had a wonderful time, the condo is located in Kapa’a, which is very central on the island. It made it easy to drive both north or south depending on what we wanted to do that day. The kids loved the pool with the water slides, the towel service was a nice added bonus. The condo itself was clean and organized, had a great cooking set up with sharp knives (such a rarity in a short term rental). I made my kid birthday cake and had everything I needed. Definitely recommend.

Memorable Stay!

The condo and resort is absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful time and would definitely request staying there again in the future. Lovely host, central location

Wonderful 7 night stay at Waipouli which is where we usually stay due to proximity close to family. As always the pool and slide are a family favorite. Our host was super responsive and the one bedroom is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay from beach supplies to cooking needs. Thank you so much!
