A wonderful stay

The hotel staff is so helpful and accommodating and will immediately respond to requests. Our room was upgraded to a larger room at no charge. The room was large clean and quiet and very comfortable. The free breakfast buffet is truly excellent with many delicious dishes to choose from. There are many restaurants in walking distance. A very nice vip lounge open to all guests is on the 7th floor with complimentary beverages and snacks. Our stay here has been outstanding and we will return to this hotel for sure the next time we are in Kaohsiung.

Far away from attractions, rooms were dirty. Grime and gunk on the walls, walked into a dirty room with used qtips on the floor/bathroom not wiped down and weird sludge on the walls. It is a nice property. I like the cleanliness and the spacious of the room. I booked the room for 4 adults but there were only 2 bathrobes were provided in the room. We enjoyed the drinking time in the business center.
