Review

The bed was hard. I recommend they upgrade their mattresses. We stayed two nights and couldn’t sleep due to the mattresses being so uncomfortable. There was also no iron or ironing board and the phones in the room didn’t work. There was also a musty smell. I am not sure if it was the carpet or something else. The shower pressure was great. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

The staff was great! The bed and pillows where awsome!!! Main issue we had was the air conditioning in room 201 smelled very musty and everything was damp. The sheets our clothes everything!!!

The first night of our stay, the people in the next room were up the ENTIRE NIGHT making noise talking VERY LOUDLY - we even banged on the wall and they still did not stop making all kinds of noise. At 5 AM we went to the front desk. The front desk clerk tried call their room and they refused to answer the telephone; he finally went upstairs oand banged on their room door until they finally opened it. We ended up having to change rooms later that day because they still kept making noise and talking very loudly. The next room we were moved to was much quieter, but had a foul smell like urine mixed with strong body odor -we were pretty disgusted with the hotel by this point so we just endured it until we finally checked out. we told hem to ask the housekeeper to see what could be done about the awful smell, but obviously it was never addressed. Never again will we stay at this place on future trips.

The staff was great and super helpful. Both of our rooms, however, were extrmemely musty and smelly. In one of the bathrooms, the drywall was pretty rotted, so much so that the baseboard was no longer sticking to it and the wall could be pushed in easily. Breakfast was decent. Because of the smell, though, we will not be staying again.
