KC fun

The house was nice and the neighborhood was safe. We were a little concerned about the park because of the graffiti but saw kids playing soccer and families on the playground so we felt better. We could travel to most attractions in 15-20 minutes. It was a little tight getting into bed in the master bedroom but the bed was comfortable. The host responded quickly to all texts. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in town for just a couple of days for a short getaway and had a great stay here! The home was close to so much to do. This home is so spacious, cozy, and clean, and they even left a welcome gift of treats for our two pups who were with us. We had an excellent stay here and absolutely recommend it to others!

Perfect Location and Comfortable Home

This location was perfectly suited for our group which included myself, husband, and grown son and two other extended family members. It was a short walk to our daughter's house, allowing us all to gather for the holidays. It has a nice view of the park and is also a short walk to the Art Museum, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen/dining area was perfect for us to host the family for breakfast and dinner; beds were super comfy - we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This house was, spacious, neat, clean and so comfortable for a visit with family! Beds and furnishings were comfortable! The hosts were responsive. Check in and check out was so very easy. Neighborhood was quiet and well kept. We would recommend highly!

Great location

We had a great stay at this home in KC. It was very clean and had plenty of space for my family of 5 plus a set of grandparents that came to visit us while we were there. The house was 20 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do: Nelson art museum, zoo, Lego land, Kauffman stadium, science city, ww1 memorial, the baseball museum…everything! Great location. We would stay there again!

House was more than I expected!!!

My entire family came for my son’s graduation from umkc. We had four grandchildren ages 1 to 6. The house was clean and fully stocked with soap/shampoo/kitchen essentials/coffee and other extras. Very nice. Made our stay delightful. The host was responsive making Checkin and checkout easy. We will recommend this house!!

Great place for short weekend trip

This place was perfect- had 4 guys in town for a golf trip. House was great - looked just like we’d hoped from the listing. Had everything we needed and nice central location. Nice neighborhood and loved the view from the deck. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in this KC property!

Perfect location and house for our stay in KC for a volleyball tourney. Easily fit the two families, 6 people and had everything we needed. Cozy KC was a great host as well.

Beautiful Space to Enjoy

We had a great weekend in KC with our friends staying at this home. The home was beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was nicely updated. Check-in and check-out process was easy. It is just a mile or two from many great areas.

House was great, but neighborhood was sketchy.

House is very nice inside and beautifully remodeled. Host was very responsive with an inquiry we had during our stay. A couple of the bedrooms upstairs were a bit hot and could use window units. Neighborhood wasn’t the greatest. At one point there was a homeless man hanging around across the street.

Comfortable Property

Our family of 6 were very comfortable in this house. It was just as pictured in the listing and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The property manager does a great job of communicating, and when we had a problem with one of the toilets, someone was there in less than 2 hours to fix it. I would highly recommend renting with Cozy in KC.
