Pool and hot tub closed permanently. Lots of the areas under construction, including our balcony- it was filled with ladders and scaffolding. The website offers a CONTINENTAL breakfast for a fee, which is very misleading, it’s actually breakfast in a box, which they were out of over have the items. I will say, the manager did allow us to cancel our second night. So we did appreciate that.

There was construction going on in our hallway. I had reserved a room with a King size bed and pull out couch. We received a king size bed and an uncomfortable chair, no couch. Room was clean and bathroom was good sized. We were close to restaurants and the interstate. Pool and Hot tub were permanently closed.

The amenities were sorely lacking. No fitness room, no pool, no hot tub, no complimentary breakfast (continental or otherwise). The only thing offered at this location was complimentary coffee which the pot was often empty. It he room itself was sparse. No tissues, no microwave until we requested it and only one small waste basket. However the worst thing was right after checking in and parking in a dark unlit parking lot and finding the side door not opening with the key card and having to walk around to the front doors in heavy rain. Then getting to the first floor elevator and finding a sizable amount of excrement in front of the elevator door. Terrible first impression! The best thing about this stay was the super helpful staff who said he was a driver but helped us get a microwave in our room and brought out a pot of coffee for us. I can’t remember his name but i think it began with the letter “C”.

This property is under construction from being purchased. I couldn’t use the amenities as advertised and feel I should have been told to make a decision to book elsewhere. Very unhappy with the facility and Hotels.com

There is a sign at check-in saying the pool and hottub are closed permanently. Lots of construction going on with the inside balconies. I didn't get here until midnight and out the door at 8am. Didn't need a balcony but the hot tub would be great right now
