Beautiful house and neighborhood. My only suggestion is that the carpet should be cleaned, especially the entry stairs. Access to the Mauna Lani beach club was a terrific amenity, and the availability of chairs, umbrella, and even sand toys exceeded our expectations. So glad to have the washing machine and well equipped kitchen. I would return happily for another wonderful family vacation.

Great location

Our group of 6 adults had plenty of room to spread out in this 3 bedroom space. Kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of beach equipment. Carpet showing its age and the grill could use a good cleaning, but otherwise everything was clean. We enjoyed using the beach club and fitness center and enjoyed walks and runs around the Mauna Lani area. Only 30 min from the airport so easy to get to after a long day of travel. Highly recommend.

Love this area !!

We have stayed in these units many times and love the layout. It is very spacious and comfortable. The big bonus is the Beach Club!! The only problem with this unit was that in was not cleaned very well at all upon are arrival. We reported to the property management company and sent pictures of what was not cleaned as requested with no response. Just a little disappointed that my email was never answered. We will return to these lovely units next year!! Would highly recommend this area for your families and friends!!!

Great family vacation

Have stayed in this community before and it’s always a nice convenient place for the surrounding area. Kids loved the pool and gym. Property well equipped w beach stuff. Only criticism was grill wasn’t cleaned well and got very smoky and the toaster didn’t work well. Otherwise everything was great.

The house was perfect for our two families. We had other families staying at houses near by which was wonderful for dinner gatherings. We had a wedding at the fairmont which was beautiful. The beaches were amazing.

A perfect Hawaiian get away!

The house was perfect! My husband and I traveled with our four teenage daughters and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. The downstairs bedrooms each have two queen beds and their own beautiful bathroom. The upstairs suite was calming, quiet, comfortable and luxurious! I slept like a rock! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening snacks. The beach club access was great and allowed us to park and enjoy the beach on every whim. Black sands beach is only a few minutes drive away. There is a grocery store also close by so it was easy to pick up supplies and settle in for the week. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer!

We enjoyed our stay despite some issues

Our large family loved our stay here. Although, I do want to mention we did have some issues. But, to begin our communication on directions to get to the property and how to access gates and entry was perfect. We noticed a lot of cobwebs and spiders when we first got there. That bothered the kids but I felt it was not that big of a deal. It wasn’t till late in the night when we all went to bed that we found all of our beds were dirty. They all had hair and dirt in between the sheets and there was a large stain, pretty sure I knew what it was, on the master bed sheets. We went to change the sheets but did not have correct sheets available. We threw what we could find over the bed and sent a message right away to management. Then at 2 and 2:30am the alarm randomly went off. It lasted for a while and then didn’t have a problem with it for the rest of the stay. We did find a few other cleanliness issues but the house was a wonderful house and we would stay here again. The management company did respond and tried to make it right but the cleaning lady said she didn’t understand English and just dropped off new sheets and left. I think they just need a new cleaning crew.

Easy enough to enter with provided information but no information about the property and amenities. Toilets and micro wave need attention, and carpet needed cleaning. Contacting property manager when the air conditioning quit, was quickly taken care of. Overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. It's lovely, well-appointed, and we were all very comfortable there. It had everything we needed and more. The location was fabulous, and there was so much to do just around the Mauna Lani area. We would definitely choose to stay here again when we visit the Big Island.

Beautiful townhouse with plenty of room! for family.

lots of privacy available with each bedroom as an on-suite complete with a full bathroom. Outside patio off kitchen great for BBQ and dinner with family or friends. The community pool and fitness rooms were great and so was the beach pass! Very spacious!

Quiet Family Property

This property is in a quiet, centrally located area. The floor plan is ideal for a family, offering a large master bedroom, bath, and walk in closet upstairs. The other bedrooms are located downstairs for guests/children with plenty of privacy. We also really enjoyed the outside kitchen and patio. Overall the property needs a thorough deep cleaning. The carpets are dirty and stained as well as the living room furniture. Everything was dusty and there were cobwebs in the bathrooms and bedrooms downstairs. The mattresses are all very worn and need replaced. The toilet downstairs constantly runs. The dryer takes multiple cycles to dry. The outside refrigerator does not keep things very cold. Also, the microwave upstairs makes an awful noise and the turntable no longer works. For the nightly fee this property needs some TLC to bring it up to satisfaction.
