I could not take a shower because the tub would not drain. My husband showered first and took a quick shower. Even after 20 minutes, the tub had not drained.

People were very friendly and helpful. Location of my room was unnecessary since they had a elevator. I should have been told about it. From the outside it looks like a regular motel that you have to use stairs to get to your room. I have a cane and asked what floor they had me on. They said 2nd floor. I said I can’t walk up/down stairs. Then I would need 1st floor. She didn’t say we have an elevator and assigned me a room that was in an off section by itself. Only 1 other car And the man in it jumped to the window and stared out at me. Watching me park. Then he left his room and stood there smoking a cigarette and watching me struggle to get my things out of my car and into my room. I wasn’t real happy with my room. It took until the second night that I figured out about the noise. While I had been nervous about the noise and scared my car might be stolen or run into. My last night I figured out it was 18-wheelers. When I left the cab of one was sideways to the angle you’re supposed to park. It was close enough to cause me to fear and feel lucky at the same time that he hadn’t backed into my car. I’m 70 years old and the woman with a handicap and she could tell it. She knew why I was there. I didn’t get any sleep and and was feeling scared, stressed, and hungry. I’m loosing my dad and it will be very soon. I needed sleep and a good meal. But too scared and stressed and in need of sleep.

In the first room I got for 6 days, the bottom of the shower curtain was black and the air conditioner was loud and rattled.

friendly people, nice room, great breakfast. The outside property is not kept up. our room was in the back, next to the pool, pool looks ok, we didn't use it, but the entire property in the back is full of weeds, walkway in sad condition, great price for the room, but would not recommend if looking for an updated room and a n ice surrounding.

It was off the highway. So were 7 other hotels. The pool was closed. It looks(hopefully) that they were renovating the place. The cleaning lady was nice but I had to wait for waffles because the desk staff put hers in and left them there. Just poorly managed. I stayed because I just got a platinum status for hyndam. I will never stay there again.
