Amazing place to get away. Adam and Sarah are perfect hosts. Great staff especially Carol and Kyle. It was hard to leave. Staying in a lake view suite is a must. Such a great hidden gem. Checking out was the hardest to do- wanted to stay longer. Back to the grind.

I’m really de disappointment with the Hotel, I pay for nice Room and they give me below average of what i pay for, the person in charge offer me a 1 hour sauna with a hot tub as compensation, beside change the room for one night and go back the next day for a smaller room. That same night was raining so bad, that our restroom was licking cold water, they didn’t give us another room, what makes it worse they try to rent that same room with water leakage problem to another person. How in the world they think I want to leave in the middle of the storm when I pay for a nice enjoyable moment. I truly believe that they scammed me.

Sara was helpful about my back pain issues with high bed access-providing stepstool--DOOR CODES ARE A PAIN--Their ice machine is ridiculous--Please provide room freezer compartments for iceboxes so small quantities of ice can be made. Hot tub doesn't work properly and bubble because not enough water in it. Help is scare during the day because they are in the main office area only. The room cleaning agents are top notch with no terrible fumes. Occasional field mouse kitchen area and the main hall rug should be removed or at least cleaned more often. Rooms are cleaned well.

My husband and I booked a relaxing getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary! Upon check in we were very please to learn we had been upgraded to a suite with a king bed and a clawfoot tub <3 The area around the premises and the lake was nice and quiet and a nice break from loud Los Angeles! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, my Husband requested a new robe and we received it within minutes. Our spa treatments were nice and relaxing, almost wish I booked more! Overall an amazing stay, just what we needed!
