This perfectly renovated property has retained its original charm. Today it is a pleasant vacation home in a large garden with lawn and colorful flower beds in front and behind the house. Holidaymakers can enjoy a heated swimming pool and a sunny conservatory for communal meals. Just a short walk away, the historic town of Sablé-sur-Sarthe, with its harbor and a castle, is an inviting place to stroll, and a little further afield, you can visit the 15th-century Saint-Pierre Abbey in Solesmes. 40 minutes away runs the track of the 24-hour race of Le Mans.

Excellent séjour
Superbe propriété très bien entretenu avec de nombreux jeux pour les enfants de tous âges: ping-pong, piscine, terrain de pétanque, balançoire, trampoline, puzzles, échecs, etc...
A moins d'une heure du Mans et d'Angers dont les centres historiques sont superbes et avec la possibilité de faire des randonnées directement de la maison.
Si vous souhaitez le silence absolu, toutefois, une départementale passe à proximité. Cela ne nous a pas gêné du tout, mais on entend un peu les voitures dans le jardin.
