It was a very nice place. Check in was fast and the staff was excellent. Food and drinks was good. My only issue was the fridge in room didnt work and when i had called about it they told me it was a (maintainer) and not a fridge. I sell the item at my job its a fridge and it didnt work. It was hotter inside the fridge then in the room. So for my entire stay If i was in my room i had to walk to get something cold to drink. The maintainer (fridge) was fully stocked. But everything was too hot to drink. Othen than that everything was great. Would stay again.

Me gustó el servicio de empleados del buffet y restaurantes , la barra de 24 horas y el café. El servicio del counter, el de limpieza de cuartos no fue tan eficiente. No me agradó el tener que reservar restaurantes a la carta a las 7:30 am porque ya a las 8:00 am no quedaban reservas disponibles. El horario de alimentos era difícil porque el área de snack bar no tenía snacks listos a tiempo lo que causaba largas filas para comerse algo en lo que abrían el buffet o los restaurantes. La fachada de la discoteca tiene que mejorar mucho

Having a vacation here was good though there was a lot of little things that made it an unpleasant experience. - the hotel room had cockroaches which we had called the front desk to help kill them but it took over an hour for them to send someone + we had to call two times to make sure they were coming in the first place - to buy raid for the cockroaches + ants that were getting into our room we needed to pay around 60 USD for a single can - the buffet has different options but it repeats food options so much that it’s easy to get stuck eating the same thing for days (also in photos the buffet area shows having an area for fruits, a double sided middle section and another side for soups or dessert and you’d think based off of that there’s lots of options but the middle section is the same stuff on both sides so it really limits your options) - the buffet food does not have covers so it was common to see fruit flies or bugs in general getting to the food (the fruit was always covered in bugs) - the weekend days get very packed to the point that you can barely find a place to sit and eat - at night until about 1-3 am they were blasting music outside the rooms for entertainment and it would be sometimes hard to sleep over the sound and feel of the heavy base (mind you we had a room that had a garden view so we were further away and could still hear it) - employees trying to sell excursions while we were at the beach and even called us out of the water to do so Could be better

Not very happy with the service provided from the front desk staff, seems like they are looking to juice you of all your money. However the cleaning staff is great and helpful. The hotel room was overall clean with some minor issues with the ac leaking onto the floor. The food provided by the hotel is subpar, could use a lot of work in that area

Wrong room, bad food and mean service!!!!

It was not what I expected from an all inclusive resort. From the check in and not getting the room I paid for, to the food being unappetizing and limited options, to the wait-staff on the last night making me feel as if I was bothering them and giving me one cup of juice to share with my daughter. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The house keeping staff was kind and considerate. The front desk and towel staff were horrible and rude. They were kind upon arrival then rude any other time I had to talk to them. I accidently left my towel on the beach chair and a staff member took it. When I asked for a new one they said it would be 20 usd. I refused to pay so I continued my trip with no towel. My bed sheets were dirty with dirt, there were ants every where, bird poop everywhere. I swear the pool was not cleaned in the whole 10 days I was there. The beach had garbage all over it. The food was mediocre at the buffet. But the tex mex restaurant was fabulous! Room cleaning staff and bell hops were amaxing. Restaurant staff was also very kind.
