Close to Milligan University, ETSU, JCMC, Bristol Speedway, Tweetsie Trail (just steps away!), and much more. We're a central location that feels far away nested in 89 acres of pastureland. Located in Johnson City, enjoy what this 2-bedroom farmhouse has to offer. Nestled on a serene working farm, guests can unwind in the formal living room with an extra comfortable full sized sofa bed. The bedrooms feature 1 full bed and 2 twin beds, plus two additional twin air mattresses, perfect for a good night's sleep. With 2 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub (we even provide the bath bombs for some real R&R). Our kitchen is stocked with all the basic cooking equipment and the formal dining room has plenty of room for the whole family. Firewood and matches are provided for the fireplace so you can cozy up during your stay. During the Spring and Summer you can enjoy apple, pears, and plums from the backyard or wild blackberries, wild raspberries, and wild mulberries from the vines and trees lining the drive and yard. Grill up some tasty delight on the gas grill. Watch the cows grazing from the sunroom while you sip on the provided coffee and snacks. Whether you're looking to explore the area or simply relax, this farmhouse is the ideal retreat. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Johnson farmhouse. My daughter’s had a softball tournament in Johnson City and the location was perfect. We also went to historical sites and waterfalls. Overall, the experience was great. Would do it again if we go back.
