Our community has zero tolerance for DRUGS or WEAPONS, and the city council will be informed immediately.
Smoking marijuana (inside or outside, anywhere on the property) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If our neighbors or staff report the smell of marijuana, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and guests will be asked to vacate the unit immediately, as it is prohibited in our rental.

Please leave the lights, TV, fans, air conditioners turn it off when you checking out.

Make sure heater always keep on between 72 - 75 degrees, do not turn it off at any time please.
★ LEAVE THE HOUSE IN ORDER ★
Please do not leave dirty pots, plates, or glasses. Leave beds tidy and collect towels, placing them in the dirty clothes basket in each room.
If you leave the apartment extremely dirty, cause internal damage, or damage appliances, you will be charged an additional replacement fee. Similarly, stained sheets requiring replacement will also incur an additional fee.

- Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
-You can check in any time after 4 pm and as late as you like, you will have keys and access PIN code to enter.
- There are keys (inside lockbox) and smart lock, therefore we will send you the codes and you do not need to meet in person, in case the code does not work for you, please let us know immediately to provide you with a second option.
- The cleaning fee will automatically be applied to the total amount you see when booking.
- We will send you all the information and address before your arrival.
Access Details:
You’ll find a lockbox at the main entrance; the code to access it will be sent in advance. If the code doesn’t work, contact us for immediate assistance.
Amenities Provided:
- Clean sheets (plus a spare set per room) and two spare towels per guest.
- Toilet paper (4 spare rolls), garbage bags, cleaning supplies, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap.
- Hairdryer in the second bedroom.
- In the bathroom you will find shampoo, liquid body soap, conditioner and hand soap.
- Brooms and mops will be find hooking up in the wall of the hall between the kitchen and the second room.
- The laundry you can find around the property of the property.
- You can check the available dates from the application from which you send us messages.
★ SECURITY MEASURES ★
We have security cameras and noise/smoke detectors on the premises. Tampering with these devices is considered a felony in New Jersey and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
Cameras:
1 motion-activated camera monitors the Main entrance.
1 motion-activated camera monitors the Hall entrance.
1 motion-activated camera monitors the waste disposal.
All devices are outside the property.
Finally, please know that we have security cameras and noise and smoke detectors on the premises, and tampering with any security system is considered a felony in the State of New Jersey and will also result in the termination of your reservation.
We have 1 motion activated recording camera overlooking the entrance of the property, recording video and audio. The second camera you will find out side of the second entrance and the third camera side of the house. All devices are outside the property. The cameras are installed 1) to ensure the safety of our home, our guests and our neighbors and 2) for city regulatory purposes. There is also a smart home device on the ceiling that actively records noise decibel levels. Does not record audio or video.
