Perfect for our family trip to NYC. Nicely furnished, clean, comfortable, plenty of coffee and supplies. Hosts were very helpful with instructions and suggestions on what to do. Nice to have a parking spot right outside front door!

If you are looking for a rental in Jersey City .. this is it!!! The rental space is great - no cramped hotel here. The host has made everything as simple as possible with no guessing as to how anything in the rental works. And you get a parking space for your car! Not within walking distance to New York, but Jennie’s tips and recommendations on how to get to NYC are spot on. If we didn’t have any plans on a day, we just looked at her recommendations and they worked out great. Would absolutely stay again.

Great Apartment Close to NYC

My family of 6 made our first trip to NYC. Because of cost we decided to stay in Jersey City. This property was a great "home base" to hop in and out of the city. One day we drove to Journal Station and took the train in, one day a short drive to Liberty State Park and one day we drove into the city. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook a couple of meals. Grocery store was only 5 minutes away. Property owner was very communicative and even let us in a bit early to drop luggage off!

Awesome host - Exceptional Stay in New Jersey – Recommended!

I recently stayed at this property in New Jersey and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and offering great tips for local dining and attractions. Their hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The location is perfect, offering the best of both worlds: with easy accessibility to NYC. The convenience of having parking available was a huge plus, especially for our trips into the city. From a fully-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces and comfortable bedrooms, everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure a pleasant stay. Amazing Hosts great place

The hosts were in contact with me before our trip during our trip and on check out welcoming us and giving us some tips of what to visit. They went above and beyond. The house was so clean and amazing if we come back I will definitely be staying here. They also provided many ways to get to NYC which helped us out a lot

Wonderful House

Overall, we have a very pleasuring stay in the house; very convenient location, close to Highway access; clean and neat interior; on site parking is definitely a plus; Jennie is being a perfect host, providing all the information before we even thought about it👍；The only point I deduced is there is no washer or dryer on site, which Jennie provided the GPS of the nearby laundry service right away when we asked. I will recommend this place to my friends when they come to NYC.

Great place to stay for our visit to NYC. House in great condition. The owner took care of alll the little details to make our stay comfortable. I’ve stayed in a number of private rentals and I’ve had good and bad experiences. Our stay at Jennie’s place was amazing. Place was clean and she was super helpful. There was four of us and there was plenty of space and all the key essentials were provided to make our stay like home away from home. It’s always great when the place you’re staying is as advertised! We would stay again.

Clean, excellent communication and close to everything.

This is a lovely place to stay. The hosts were communicative right from the start. There are games and nice TVs to watch. I didn't have any trouble getting Uber or UberEats, but it's central enough for walking to public transportation. Really nice spot that I'd stay at again!
