Heating in room didn’t work. Moved to different room. Bathroom door had hole in it, sink cracked. Really? Might expect this at an old Red Roof Inn but expected more from Ramada.

Lobby was under construction, elevator broken, hallways smelled like smoke, room smelled musty, no hot water, dehumidifier running in the room

Room Conditions

The room #133 smelled musty like it had be flooded at some point and moldy. There was a dehumidifier in the room next to the air conditioner. The air conditioning did not work very well at all. When I notified the front desk they said they would notify the maintenance department. My stay was from 5/31/18 to 6/1/18.

Issues

The room was nice, pillows too flat, pool was okay, breakfast, waffles and the usual. Problem comes when we see that we were over charged. The room was supposed to 93.24, we were charged 185, called and asked, the woman said deposit in case ther were damages, when asked why we weren't informed of this, and how would they put hold on our mo ey, she then back tracked and said she doesn't know why we were charged.

Friendly caring team, great location!

Pros: Staff knew sign language, location close to restaurants and stores right off the interstate. Great breakfast, yummy coffee 24 hours. We plan to return
Cons: Everything met our needs
Location: Cracker barrel and Waffle House nearby, close to interstate, only 3 exits from North Albany and 4 from rows of stores and restaurant... great location

What was needed

Pros: Staff were very accommodating.
Cons: Whirlpool was too hot. 100 degrees is too hot for such a facility.
Perfect place to stay for what we needed. We stayed 4 nights - decent continental breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

Enjoyed stay, would use again.

Staff was friendly and accommodating and honored requests in timely manner. Major concern: coffee maker and supplies in bathroom next to toilet!!
