When I checked in on two occasions there was an individual at the front desk, (white male with facial hair) who was very rude. To be very specific snaped I need your id and credit card as if I would not know that, and he was rude about everything he said during the two separate occasions. There was also another individual, a black male, when I asked the breakfast time he pointed at the sign and said it's right there. Then he said what time. Why be rude. They both had attitude. I have traveled a lot during my career and retirement. This was not cool.

No hot tub even though advertised

The property does not have a hot tub. You can tell it had been covered by a raised resin deck. Swimming pool was very chilly. Rest of the property seemed fine

They Don't Return $100 deposit-Keep your Receipts

They do Not return the $100 deposit - and I am the only one who stayed. I am Very clean - even put my 2 dirty towels in bathtub and bagged up a very small garage can. I am a frequent traveler - diamond & platinum in various hotel programs - but I am frustrated by their inability/refusal to do a simple task as they promised. I have contacted them several times - as it has been a month - and after promises it would be-i get nothing - not a peep - complete silence. Keep your contact responses from them - you will need for Credit Card Dispute. Breakfast - was horrible. Don't go to Cracker Barrel - read reviews if Restaurants and Hotels in Area. Go to Louisville or Jeffersonville.

There was 2 things i didn't like. The smell in the elevator was awful and the breakfast was not that good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. So overall i would give it a 8.
