Private: property 450 m2 with trees. Barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, pebble beach 250 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit.
