Our stay at the Passion Boutique Hotel was super fantastic. It could not have been better. We loved the location and the pool. Our room was delightful and had everything we needed (and some things we didn't know we needed like the ice machine!) We ate all our meals during our three day stay in the hotel's restaurant. All the meals were great but some were just outstanding. I had some of the best dinners I have had in a long time. Delicious! Madelina and her staff do an amazing job making sure everything goes smoothly. They are always checking to see that you are doing well. The wait staff are all lovely and display the right amount of amusing. Madelina helped me when I had booked flights for a very inconvenient time. Thank you. We highly recommend this Hotel and wish we could go back more often. However, it is approximately 15,000 kilometers away from our house.

Perfection in Paradise

Passion Boutique is absolute perfection in Paradise that sets the standard for what a boutique hotel should be. Once you enter from the street, you step into an oasis of tranquility. The overall design, layout and architecture has been thought out in minute detail. The interior design is beautiful, in natural earth tones, complemented with beautiful woods, ceramics and fabrics. Even the detail of the light switches has been carefully planned. The interior design alone is worthy of being shown in a Homes Magazine. Outside is equally well designed. A garden of coconut trees and Bali beds on perfectly groomed white sand, overlooking the beach. The alfresco restaurant, serves gorgeous food and the team are absolutely focused ensuring everything is right. The service and care is brilliant and sincere. The location is in the perfect place, overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean. The area has everything you need but without the noice or crowds of more popular areas. However, what really makes Passion so special is the team. Madalina the Hotel Manager is in a different league. From the moment you arrive, all she wants to ensure is you have a fabulous stay, and she goes out of her way to make this happen. Her meticulous attention to detail and super friendly approach is passed on through her team who all just want to do what it takes to make your time there special. We're definitely going back.

Passion boutique is the perfect escape in paradise!! The grounds are clean let me say it again lol the grounds are clean!!!! The staff is friendly/welcoming and the food is fresh!!! What a gem! We absolutely loved our stay at the Passion Boutique Hotel. Madalina (hotel manager) and all the staff are so welcoming and hospitable. I cut my foot out in the ocean on some coral and Madaline immediately took action and got me antibacterial creams. We also got pretty badly sunburnt and she provided us with a freshly cut, cold aloe. We cant express how wonderful the entire team is at Passion Boutique Hotel. The food was fantastic, breakfast was amazing every morning. We highly recommend booking here!

We had a phenomenal stay with Passion Boutique Hotel!! We stayed with them after a trip hiking up Kilimanjaro and it fitted the bill for a total chill out and recharge. The staff, food, facilities and scenery was above and beyond what we had expected. Big shout out for Madelina who really looked after us on our stay, ensuring us we had everything we need and everything ran smoothly. She again went above and beyond and our experience was fantastic. The staff in the restaurant were all fantastic, Anthony, Hassan & Anana really looked after us as well, we didn’t want to leave! We never saw the chef but the cooking was outstanding and we are missing it now when back at home. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Zanzibar.

This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in..ever! And I am not a novice traveller, I’ve stayed in lots of luxury hotel chains but the aesthetics, customer service and vibe at this beautiful boutique tops them all. I had a feeling I would enjoy my stay at booking when the manager Madalina messaged me. There was something about her messages that made me feel special and that the hotel wanted to do everything to assure my stay was comfortable. When I arrived I was upgraded to one of their best rooms, overlooking the sea, it the was most beautiful stay. Madalina and the staff made me feel at home. If you wanted to do something the hotel would book for you, ensured you got back safe and you didn’t have to pay a single penny until check out. The food was also amazing, I would say on the slightly pricier side but one of the best things about the breakfast in particular was that there was no end time. SO you could eat when you wanted! I don’t think I experienced a hotel that does this. It just made the whole experience amazing. At the end of my stay the hotel provided a thoughtful gift. It’s a place that I will recommend to my friends and if I were to ever return to Zanzibar it’s the first place on my list to stay again. Other hotels really need to take a leaf out of this places book! Thank you Madalina and team for an amazing stay!

Absolutely incredible

This was absolutely the most amazing hotel to stay in in Zanzibar. From the moment I booked, Madaline the hotel manager was in constant communication with me to make sure everything was set for my stay. The property itself is a boutique hotel with only 8-9 rooms (with beautiful balconies right on the ocean) and every guest is truly treated like royalty. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and so clean. I was greeted after my late flight at the hotel by Madaline with an amazing dinner and a welcome drink brought to my room. Breakfast is served at any time during the day (including when I woke up the first day at 2p), and the waiter Sylvestre is the absolute best. The drinks and the food are incredible and include fresh seafood every night for lunch and dinner. Madaline helped plan every detail of the rest of my weekend, including an in-room massage the day of, dinner at an amazing restaurant, a spa treatment down the street, and a catamaran snorkeling tour last minute. She was so attentive to every last detail, and her and Abu were there to welcome me at the front desk every time I came home, and walked me personally to the car to say goodbye with my bags at the end of my stay. This place truly felt like home and I can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!!

This is with out a doubt one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Small, quaint with excellent customer service and delicious food. The rooms are beautifully decorated, views are unmatched. Really the perfect place for a restful few days in Jambiani. Staff will go out of their way to make your stay as perfect as possible. Do not pass on this place, the only thing I regret is not living closer so I could visit often

I can only give superlatives for this property. Everything is near perfect. - the room was big, luxurious, comfortable and very well decorated - the staff is helpful, friendly and is always smiling - management is understanding, flexible and at your service - the food is very tasteful (I particularly appreciate the whole-day breakfast formula) - the hotel is beautiful and amazing. You have enough deckchairs for all the guests. Nice terrasses where you can enjoy the warm evenings. This is really a 5 star hotel. It’s worth every penny. I can only recommend this hotel. We loved our stay at Passion Boutique! The rooms are beautifully designed and really comfortable. The staff were incredible - special shoutout to Benjamin, Laura and Michka who couldn't have been more helpful. The food is also impeccable and a really good range - the vegetable Swahili and Masala curries were a huge hit! We stayed 6 nights but wish it was longer.

Our stay was amazing ! The hotel, the service, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff was all amazing ! The hotel is newly built, in beautiful design with all natural wood and stone with meticoulosly chosen details, spacious room - we were 2 adults and 2 teenage boys staying in superior room. Room was very clean, comfortable bed and beautiful view from the room to infinity pool. Good and pleasant restaurant to sit in during all hours of the day, very tasty breakfast and the amazing staff prepared dishes not on the menu especially for us and our kids that are picky in food ! Definitely 5 stars plus plus service! All staff and especially Laura and Tyron are always happy to help with anything you need or even didn't think of yet (!), definitely the best service we ever received in any hotel so far(and we travel a lot).We definitely recommend this hotel, and we ourselves will definitely be back! I highly recommend fish dishes on restaurant's menu, my kids loved pasta Bolognese and burgers with french fries they prepared especially for us despite not being on the menu :)

Perfection!

This is possibly my favorite hotel ever. It's small but perfect in every way. From the location right on the beach to the beautifully designed guest rooms and delicious food in the restaurant. Laura and her staff are so helpful and made the stay a true delight. They arranged for taxi to have my PCR test done as well as booking a cooking class and sunset tour. I won't ever want to stay anywhere else but here when in Zanzibar.

Passion Boutique Hotel has become a second home. My trip there felt like my soul knew this place from a past life. The energy of the hotel, staff and location is truly ethereal. Friendly staff like family -George and Ernest and the manager Laura is truly amazing one of the most beautiful souls I’ve met. She added so much value to my stay In Jambiani. I spent my birthday here and they made it extra special, I felt so much love and good vibes celebrating with everyone there. It’s a home away from home! The design is amazing, super clean, modern and funky, felt super boho luxe. Rooms come Equipped with towels, shower gel etc which smells divine... The pool is awesome and has an amazing view of the beach. Food is great definitely recommend having the breakfast; typically I don’t eat breakfast but while I was there I did! Seeing the change in the oceans movement (tides) is definitely something to see. I loved how I can get the relaxing, tourist vibe in the hotel and the adventurous cultural vibe just a few feet away by walking into the village meeting locals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here, the only reason I won’t want someone to stay here is so I can ensure I have a room for the next time I visit Zanzibar haha 😂 Thanks so much Passion Boutique Hotel! Oh. My. God. I’m convinced we found the best possible place to stay. The seven room (ALL ocean view) hotel just opened few weeks prior our arrival. Everything is modern (AC, fan, icemachine), extremly clean, beautiful design and even the matress is super comfortable. The staff is the friendliest we have met in a long time. The manager Laura is wonderful, and is there to help with everything. Yes, everything. Organizing rides, restaurants, has a great knowledge about the island, has suggestions to visit in Stone Town. She is fantastic! We loved it, it was an outstanding experience!

Ein Boutique Hotel in dem keine Wünsche offen bleiben. Das Personal ist unauffällig immer da und kennt die Wünsche bereits bevor wir sie ausgesprochen haben. Ein Perfekt geführtes Hotel. Das Essen ist sensationell und immer frisch gekocht, die Zimmer sind Top und der Pool ist genial. Ehrlich gesagt hätten wir gerne noch einen 6. oder 7. Stern gegeben.
