The large size refrigerator/freezer, very nice! Very comfortable mattress & pillows. Associate at front desk, was very pleasant & helpful with dining in the area. I would like to suggest 2 chairs in the room, instead of just the one. Not necessarily an office chair, just another chair. A little disappointed that hotel seems to b in more of a business district. It was kind of far from the venue we were going to. Breakfast was great, good stay!!

My hotel in NYC now
Personnel was great, professional, helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was very nice, good choices, good quality. Carmen, Claudia and Carlos at Breakfast were awesome! Front desk was very friendly and amicable. Kitchen in the room is practical. Close to pharmacy, coffee shop etc... I would stay away from Cognac French bistro. I am French and it was not French and neither good. This is my hotel in NYC now!

If you’re looking for the best place to stay in all of Manhattan, look no further! Registration was a breeze. The one bedroom corner suite exceeded my expectations. If I had to offer any suggestions for improvement, I would recommend providing coffee and a filtered water fountain to refill bottles before heading out for the day in the lobby 24 hrs per day. It would be a nice improvement.
