Thanks for a great stay ! Staff, Room cleaning & Buffet Breakfast, lunch & Afternoon tea were all superb. Restaurant 1920 in the hotel was amazing with great entertainment. Would recommend this hotel for the price & location as well.

Hotel is pretty old and not well maintained, bathroom was quite dirty with black mold and staining. The walls and ventilation points full of dust. Bedsheets were stained with black and yellow markings. General lack of cleaning across the room with old stained furniture. The hot water was none existent. Hotel is in need of some TLC.

The staff is the best part of the experience. Rama and the rest of the front desk staff were excellent. The front door men, the staff at breakfast, the staff at Oro restaurant and Christian and the staff at 1920s. Truly kind and hardworking. The facilities itself were not that great. Small cockroaches in the room. Bedding and towels smelled odd. Corners and crevices caked with old guck from over the years. Definitely needs to be updated.

The staff were lovely but the place was dirty. The carpets were filthy and thd doors in the public bathroom's were really dirty. It was very damp and smelt like cigarettes.

Great location

Good hotel in a great central location in Kemang. The hotel has two great restaurants - Oro & 1920 - while other good dining places are in easy walking distance.
