Fabulously decorated oceanside oasis in the great beachfront gated community of Hermosa Palms. The house is a perfect mix of contemporary finishes and natural touches. It is a must see!

The house features a gourmet kitchen, private custom pool (sitting for 7-10 people) and jacuzzi, 5 bedrooms (one has a bed and desk and is also used as office) + gym, 4.5 bathrooms, outdoor bar, outdoor sitting room with 2 built in couches, dining room, garden, covered patio, and a great open floor plans full of light.

If looking for a private home with lots of space in a great area (less than a minute walk to the beach and beach front community pool - 7 minutes to Jaco), this is the one.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. 9 people, 2 families with teenagers and grandma. We all fit well. Grandma had own private bedroom and bath in the casita by the pool. Nice house, great gated neighborhood that was safe. We had to choose between this house located 2 blocks from the beach with a private pool or a house directly on the ocean without a pool. The good sized private pool and layout of the house made this the right choice for us. There is also a really nice beach club (free to use) with very nice large pool and swim up bar/restaurant that is exclusive to the development.The nice beach is great for surfing or rinsing off. Calmer waters in the morning but not a place to go snorkeling. The beach and pool never felt crowded during the peak holiday season when we were there.
