This home features the popular reverse floor plan. From the top floor sun deck, enter in to the comfortable living room. Your family will love the spacious dining table - a special place to enjoy those favorite seafood dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped and you'll have everything you need.

Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are not included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.

Your beach house is located approximately 1 block south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You'll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Decent place to stay

Overall this was a decent place to stay. It is in a busy location which is to be expected. The house was not as clean as we’d have liked it to be. We were not thrilled to find human waste stuck to the carpet and on the bedding in the downstairs master bedroom which was hard to overlook so apparently the cleaning crew didn’t clean that room. This was communicated to the property manager after we had no choice but to clean it or wait until we could get ahold of someone to come to do it.

Fun Spring Break Getaway

This house proved to be a perfect spring break getaway spot for us. The house was clean upon arrival and the check in process was very easy. My husband and I went with our 4 children and they brought two friends along, so 8 people total, all of whom this house accomodated nicely. Whereas the interior isn't flashy modern it was clean and provided enough seating, beds, dishes etc. for all of us. Best of all was the location of this house, RIGHT on the beach. So we could sit on the deck and watch the kids play at the beach, did not have to pack large beach bags because anything that was needed at the beach could quickly be grabbed from the house. We even watched dolphins play in the ocean from the breakfast table in the morning. The pier is just a 2 min walk from the house and provided entertainment by watching people fishing up there and also provided light on the beach so the kids were able to play spikeball on the beach even after sunset. Restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, super markets...all within a very short walk from the house. The location of this house truly can't be beat. We had a fantastic time at Yall Come North!
