The bottom floor also features decorative living & dining room, entrance to pool, large aisle, electric stove with double ovens, large refrigerator with freezer/ice maker/extra ice maker in freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 1 car garage with full size washer & dryer & entrance to backyard oasis.

The top floor includes two furnished bonus rooms for sitting, relaxing, & chilling. The master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath that features a Jetstream tub, separate shower & access to the deck that overlooks the pool & backyard oasis.

The beautiful pool is paved throughout with two 55 inch TVs, outdoor sitting furniture, shed, & covered bonus area for barbecuing or additional parking spaces.
