Great for Big Group

Loved our stay at Atlantic Shores! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and allowed space to spread out. There was a a master bed and bath on the main floor and then the other 4 bedrooms are upstairs, with another 2 full baths upstairs. Big room (sort of a loft) had 3 beds and a pool table and a large desk for working. Really mutli-use space. We had a really quick trip just Friday through Monday so we went out for most meals, but it had a nice big kitchen and dining area which I wish we were there longer to enjoy. And if the weather had been better then it had a screened porch and patio. It was close enough to walk to the beach which we did several times each day, and the surrounding neighborhood was also nice to walk through with quiet residential streets. Very close to several good restaurants and more down in Jacksonville Beach. Can't think of anything more that I would want in a VRBO. Easy in and easy out , and a responsive host. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The home was equipped with everything we needed but most importantly it was spacious, a beautiful home and clean. The area was nice and quiet and a few steps away from the beach. Would love to return soon.

Nice for a big group.

Had a couple of early communication hiccups with the property manage (entry code, paper products, kitchen supplies, garage door issue), but overall nice place to have a family reunion. Excellent backyard with fun fire pit and grill! Huge tv to watch family videos and movies. Close walk to the beach.

Christmas visit

This property is as seen on the listing. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 Christmas gathering. Beach access is 2 blocks away so we went shelling every day. The kitchen has supplies to cook a Christmas meal. The home is clean and communication with the management company was quick and easy.

Disappointing

The property is as shown on the website and is good. Sadly we were given the wrong code to get into the house. We arrived on a cold rainy day and it took us about 15mins to eventually be given the entry code. Sadly there was no hot water in the house and our family and guests were not able to shower that first night.we emailed that night requesting the water heater be attended to urgently as we were cold and wet.the response came back as unable to locate anyone to repair the water heater that night. In the morning emailed again and was told someone would attend to the issue at 08.00hrs. This happened. The handyman asked us why we hadn’t reported it the night before. We said we did and were told no one was available. His reply was i am on duty 24hrs and do the maintenance but wasn’t called so Im sorry. Within 10min He then determined that the water heater needed to be replaced . I emailed again requesting an urgent repair as we were here for a wedding and needed to get ready and leave by 3pm. The maintenance man said he could repair it within an hour and a half if he got the go ahead quickly. The hot water heater was finally replaced and on by 2.00 pm.some of our party had to go else where to shower to be ready for our function on time. On the whole we were content with our stay but some towels were damp on arrival and there was a shortage of pillows for the rooms. the garage door did not open or close automatically but was repaired same time as water heater.

Nice large accomdating house

4 families stayed here for a short weekend. The house is spacious with nice amenities. A few comfort details indicated on the listing were not in working order at check-in, but management was super responsive and went over and above to address immediately. We would stay again!

Family Tradition

Our family truly enjoyed this space. We were truly impressed with the size of the home. Very close to shopping and grocery stores with easy access to the highway. The beach was in walking distance & was extremely clean access point. There we games readily available with TVs in every room! My mom really enjoyed the jacuzzi style tub in the master bed room! Plenty of outdoor space for the entire family. We definitely plan on staying here again next year!

Family Gathering

Very spacious house that accommodated our children and grandchildren for the Easter holiday. The 6 cousins age 6-11 had a blast sleeping together in the large bedroom with 3 double beds. Great bonding time. Beach access was great, but not easy to walk too with beach chairs and paraphernalia and parking was limited close to beach access. All in all great weekend!

Quick 2 night stop before Cruise

Great place especially for teens! We had 5 teenagers and they loved the hang out pool table area. It's perfect for 3 families. Plenty of room to spread out. Beach walk was even closer than we thought. Only slight negatives was the bathroom situation. 3.5 baths was tight for the 12 of us but we made due. Also lack of towels/beach towels/kitchen towels. But those are small things. We would absolutely stay again!

80th birthday

We used the fire pit, grill, and games that were available to us. 3 block walk to beach. TVs in every bedroom and shot a little pool. We had a fabulous time, the house was clean and neat. Lots of room for everyone.

Fantastic house

We absolutely loved staying at this house. Beautifully decorated, but felt like home. There were several fun amenities like beach/sand toys and bikes. So easy and quick to walk to the beach also.

Weekend getaway

We loved our vacation! There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We walked to the beach in minutes. Check in/out process was easy, stress-free!

Good but needs a little work

The house is as pictured in the listing. It’s a big house and a nice neighborhood. Mostly quiet but very close to a main road so there’s a fair amount of noise outside. It’s not noticed inside, other than the occasional motorcycle. The beach access is close and it’s a great beach. We had issues during our stay. The AC didn’t work when we arrived. The repair was taken care of that night and we were cool by the next morning. The battery for the smart lock on the front door died on day two so we couldn’t lock it. And there’s a standing water trash bin on the west side of the house that stinks. The property manager said he was aware of it but for some reason it hadn’t been taken care of before we arrived. The good news is that the various people we spoke with were responsive but we had way too many interactions for a 3 night stay. Once these issues are resolved I’m sure it will be nice for the next guest.

The house is amazing. The layout is perfect for family or friends. Plenty of room for kids to play too. Great location! Close to all your needs and the beach :) Would 100% recommend to anyone.
