Beautiful stay for our quick family getaway. House layout is perfect for a family. Plenty of room, open spaces, great beds, linens, etc. Pool area was perfect and very safe with kids age 5+.

We stayed for two weeks! One of the BEST places ever. Talk about “just like home”. The second we walked in we were in love with the cool environment with beautiful music playing and neutral colors. Easy to find too! This place is quiet, clean, private, comfy, and just beautiful. We are coming back. It was just the two of us and so perfect. I don’t suggest more than 4 adults, if so, bring those fold up camping chairs to sit on. The pool and back yard is perfect!!! Lots of covered seating, privacy, quiet neighborhood, we had fun cleaning the pool, bring a float! Owners are responsive and seem like nice caring people. They have lots of extras here! Walmart 1/2 mile away, beaches 20 min. Can’t say enough!

Great place to stay.

Location was great, felt safe in the neighborhood. We were there for a heart procedure at St. Vincent. Nice pool to relax. Close to beaches if we wanted to go there. House very comfortable.

This property is perfect. Quiet, private. The pool was awesome, used it from morning to evening. The house space is very tidy and clean. Walmart is right around the corner for anything you might need. Tons of good food options nearby. Beach is a short drive away. If i come back to Jacksonville i will be staying here again.

The only issue that comes to mind is there is not any dressers in the bedrooms to put your clothes. Wife had the closet I lived down in my suitcase.

Great Family House!

We loved the outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were very clean and had complimentary shampoo and conditioners. Plenty of towels and bedding. Beds were comfortable. I’m glad there was a privacy fence. It’s located near grocery stores and places to eat. Not far from beaches and activities. Great price too!

My family was in town from Kentucky for my nephew's high school graduation. We had no issues entering the house. The house sleep our party of seven well. Everyone loved the pool and outside area and that there were some pool floats available to use! We The property manager was very attentive when messaged with questions. The outdoor grill was small, but we were able to grill burgers and hotdogs! A couple of things inside the house could be updated. Walls could use a good painting. The floors were not very clean upon arrive, so a good cleaning is needed. The seating in the kitchen met our needs but the chair/stools are really more like kid-sized. Not very comfortable for adults short chair backs. The bathroom in the bedroom didn't have any where to hang the towels/wash clothes. Hooks on the back of the door or on the wall would be great. Overall, We really enjoyed our stay! Would stay again!
