****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Sea Dunes complex is scheduled to undergo mandatory exterior renovations beginning February 9, 2026, with work expected to last approximately 8 months (weather permitting; delays are possible). This project will impact the entire building and includes jackhammering, waterproofing, and ongoing exterior construction work. The loudest and most disruptive noise is expected during the early phase of the project, primarily through the end of February, when major demolition will occur. Following the demolition phase, the exact scope, timing, and level of disruption from remaining construction activities are not yet fully known. Guests should continue to expect some daytime construction noise, dust, workers and equipment on site, changing conditions, and the possibility of temporary access restrictions to certain areas or floors. In addition, east (ocean-side) exterior painting is currently scheduled from February 9 through June 19, weather permitting. When units are being painted, there may be no balcony access and outdoor furniture may be moved inside. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions may be disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the uncertainty and risk associated with booking during an active construction period. If disruption experienced during a stay is significantly greater than reasonably anticipated, any additional consideration will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

On the other side of this magnificent condo is the second bedroom which offers a unique bunk bed setup with two queen beds. This room also features a flat screen TV and a stunning bathroom with marble countertops and a walk in shower.
