The first room I was given was not clean . The front desk clerk was very apologetic and accomodated us with a new room promptly. ( It didnt have a lounge chair ) but I didnt complain. Overall for the price I received my money worth Coodles to the front desk personnel. She went above and beyond to accomodate.

The property was in a great location and close to my job. The staff was great and gave the a room on the ground floor per my request since I have a knee scooter. The first night i encounterd a roach in my room. I wasn't happy and it made me very paranoid. I sprayed and didn't see another bug the rest of my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my short visit.

Nice hotel, no pool but I didn’t need one as I was just staying one night. Room was clean, staff was very helpful, and a great price. All I needed.

This hotel made me feel uncomfortable

My family and I was displeased with the Extended Stay in Jacksonville Fla. Housekeeping needs to do better. When we first walked in the hotel there were an unpleasant odor in the lobby. We had to change rooms due to bugs and plus in room 243 the housekeeper did not take out the trash from the visitor prior to us (how awful)! I suggest the hotel needs to get someone in to get those bugs under control and some better cleaning supplies. Make the lobby more inviting, have a better smell. I will not recommend Extended Stay . That was out first and hopefully last time, UNLESS things get better. Thanks and have a great day!

I felt I was home

Pros: Close restaurants
Cons: No free Internet
I stayed at the Extended Stay America for at least 6 months and I must say that after reading some of the reviews I was not expecting much. I just knew I wanted to save money. I received so much more. The ladies at the front desk were always smiling and very friendly. They always called me by my name and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into to the building. The housemaids cleaned really well and always talked with my wife. They helped with directions and just went out their way to make my and my wife feel at home. While I was there I noticed that some people would walk their pets and seemed to keep up after them pretty good. The parking lot stayed clean and it always smelled good coming through the doors. It just felt like home.

Run save yourself

Ok, let me start by saying I am a flight attendant so I have stayed in a lot of hotels! This is the worst one I have ever stayed in! Desk Clerk - rude!, Manager - ruder still! Beds - old stained uncomfortable mattresses. Pet friendly they say, but actually that is a no too! What a disaster this place else, don't waste your time or money, trust me, you would be better off sleeping in your car, airport or bus terminal than this dump!

I didn't like it

I did not like this hotel-the ""king"" bed was the size of a double, and not comfortable. I will not stay there again-I think you can find a better place at the same price.
