From the open and upgraded kitchen with granite and marble counter tops, the plush furniture, to the tile plank flooring, this condo will wow you at every turn. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, custom closet, and en-suite bath that sparkles. The guest bedroom features a 2-twin beds and the guest bath has a walk-in shower. The family and bedroom also open up to the Florida Room overlooking the golf course.

With close proximity to entertainment, dining, shopping and the beach, this home is the perfect place to experience all that Ponte Vedra Beach has to offer!

Great getaway

This was our first time staying in Sawgrass visiting family. Our house was perfect for us. Everyone found a quiet space. We loved having a beautiful kitchen to cook in and laundry on site. My family found these accommodations comfortable, clean, and quiet. It is close to St Augustine, so close to the beach, and Publix is across the street from the main gate. We would definitely stay here again.

Listed as sleeping 6 but one sleeping area had a wall unit that blew out bugs and no cool air so no sleeping there. Shower curtain was very moldy.

Wonderful condo for our vacation!

The condo was in an excellent location. It was updated, neat and had all the necessary tools in the kitchen (except a garlic press 😉). Would definitely consider it for future visits. Thank you!
