Rooms were HOT! Took awhile to cool down! 1 room has blood on 2 walls and in bathroom doorway. Handicap accessible was SMALL!Had to move table to get wheelchair in bathroom! Room had tub NOT roll in shower as on line. Beds were 261/4 apart. 30 in wheelchair did NOT fit. Very very difficult to get my brother in bed. Breakfast was ALL Aldi's brands! I dont believe Kelloggs would appreciate seeing there boxes on front of Aldi's cereal! Only hot food was gravy. ALL chairs were up on tables! Room hot, lobby hot! Spoke with person at desk at check in. Told her room as advertised or as they said when i called the hotel personally to make sure. We only stayed 1 night & never again! I have photos as well.

The staff were efficient and courteous but our room wasn’t AC and the temps were unbearable. Changed rooms and not much better. We had to wait in Lobby for cool down. The kitchen in the breakfast area was horrible. Would never pass health inspection. Food for breakfast was a paltry amount of pastries, limited cereal. The management needs to be retrained in American standards for hotel management. Will be contacting Wyndham with my concerns. No coffee in rooms and WiFi would not work outside lobby.
This was not a one day (24 hr) accumulation, but days and weeks of non sanitary treatment in kitchen

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was very clean. However, the beds were very hard. We stayed for three nights and on the third night we left in the middle of the night to come home. The breakfast were cold you had to use the microwave the staff was very nice. Therefore we have given them a just OK.

Most cost effective solution with "good or better" user rating between Kansas City et Chicago: the hotel has been recently renovated with comfortable beds, showers and appliances. Breakfast is included but basic.
