We were just here for a quick overnight stay, so we didn’t need much. The common rooms of the hotel were nice and seemed updated, but the room itself was definitely lacking. The bathroom in particular was not up to par. When we first came into the room, the bathroom door was closed, and that is likely because there was a smell to the bathroom that never left. It smelled like urine, or like a nursing home. We had to leave the door shut the whole time and barely even wanted to shower. The dispenser for the conditioner had either fallen off or been ripped off the shower wall and was just sitting in the shower. The beds were hard and the pillows pretty terrible. It’s winter in Minnesota and the beds had a sheet and a very thin blanket and nothing else. Not a comfortable stay at all.
